I ordered lanyards for my organisation from Outstanding Branding using our own artwork. They were fabulous in helping me design the layout and colour of the lanyard (and I was a pain, I changed it numerous times). The customer service was great, the delivery was quick and I was sent tracking information for my order. The completed order looks great, exactly the same as the proof I was sent. The team did a poor job of delivering the quality they promised. They provided us graphic samples of what custom collateral would look like. The real result were nowhere near the result. On top of that, it has been an absolute nightmare (we started working with the team some 5 months ago), and finally got our collateral months later. Will never use again

I ordered two different types of pens, some Parker Jotters and some Beck metal ballpens in metallic purple. They've turned out really well, and my clients really like the Beck pens.
