They rang me twice as i missed the first time. The agent I spoke to was brilliant in sorting my needs out. Had issues with these previously but not his time. Can't remember the lads name but if all company's had staff like this it would be way easier to get what you need.

Great service and experience
I called Outsurance for a quote recently. I didn't end up going with them (no fault of theirs, their pricing was pretty standard). The person I dealt with was very helpful. I had a lovely experience with them and they gave me great advice over the phone etc. Even followed up with me a while later. Great experience overall!

The human touch…
What made my experience so good was the helpful nature of Brian from customer care. He done everything he could possibly do to help me with my insurance upgrade and made it so easy for me. I think the one thing that makes all the difference is the human interaction. Thank Outsurance:-)
