Absolutely awful, man was scruffy, made such a mess. Oven not cleaned properly. Unprofessional, gave him cash, said don't give receipts. Appalling, would never use ago. A con company. Had to get another company out as when I cooked food in oven I could taste the cleaning stuff he used. Other company was astonished by how it was left. Do not use oven wizard they are just after your money

Excellent service from Russel at Oven Wizards Lanarkshire. Both ovens and grill are sparkling like new. He left the kitchen spotless. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

When making the appointment Paul got back very quickly. He arrived on time to clean my Rangemaster cooker. He was polite and very professional and made a sparkling job of cleaning the oven. He tidied up and left everything spick and span.
Would highly recommend both the company and Paul.

Martin from south-east-Devon oven wizards was recently cleaning my neighbours oven, so I thought I’d give him a go. He was absolutely amazing, professional and very friendly. I had to work and left him to come and clean the oven and leave the key under the mat! My oven looks amazing and I’m over the moon with the service provided. I highly recommend him and oven wizards. We just moved into our house and inherited an oven that looked like it had not been cleaned in seven years.Thanks to Martin Simpson from oven Wizard it now looks like new. Definitely cleaned to Captains rounds standard.

I explicitly stated to the cleaner that I did not want the door of my new Neff hide and slide removed during my telephone call. During the visit the door had been removed and the cleaner spent the next hour trying to put it back!!! Not only that, she ripped the oven door seal on both sides (she admitted to this) and scratched the control panel whilst trying to fit the door (will not accept liability for this).
I have had it replaced under warranty luckily.
Will NEVER use these people again.

A big thanks to Brian today, for doing his magic and making my oven look brand new again, I have used Oven Wizard 🧙‍♂️ before and both Brian and Gary have done an excellent job offering a 100% top genuine friendly service , very highly recommend, many thanks ,

Sean from Ovenwizard came to clean my built in double gas oven and I cannot express my delight in seeing my old work horse of an oven returned to new it was nothing short of a miracle due entirely to Seans great attention to detail and finish . The whole process from beginning to end was totally painless and I will never go back to cleaning my cooker again and will certainly use OvenWizard next time I need them . John from Oven Wizards (Aberdeenshire) attended at my home today and cleaned my top and bottom ovens and made a wonderful job. He appeared to take a pride in his work and was helpful and friendly. I booked the appointment with Mike Harrison some weeks ago for a specific time and date and John duly appeared on time, on the date agreed. Communication with Oven Wizards was slick and they always responded more or less immediately. John got stuck in straight away on arrival and within a couple of hours my ovens looked brand new. I highly recommend Oven Wizards. I will certainly use them again. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their services are spot on!

Rob came to clean our 20 year old Neff ovens and made a marvellous job: they came up like new. And he replaced a missing light bulb. He came at the agreed time and worked solidly for over two hours. He gave some handy hints on keeping them clean going forward, and also cleaned the hob. I would certainly recommend his service.

I only had the glass door cleaned on my A.E.G. oven but what an amazing service will definitely be booking this guy again in the future. Also all Covid-19 regulations adhered to in case anyone concerned about this. Over the moon my oven door looks like new!

Polite young chap but franchise has changed hands and now the time spent and standard well below par. I have had to re clean and still got residue and dirty oven and part fell off !

Absolutely unprofessional. The man left our kitchen a mess, he used our cloths for the ‘professional cleaning process’ which he then left DIRTY and dripping wet on the kitchen counter. Not to mention the mud and dirt that was left dripping down the units and on walls. After he left we looked inside the oven to find what the man called ‘rust’ to be old food that wiped off with a BABY WIPE. The inside rubber of the doors were still full of gunk and the knobs to turn the oven on had not even been touched and was FULL of grime. I had to spend an hour of my own time cleaning up the mess he has caused and cleaning the oven again MYSELF. He left his rubbish in our kitchen and now whenever we turn the oven on the electricity trips out. Never go to this business. Absolutely TERRIBLE!! I wish I could leave a picture of the mess left over.

I needed my oven cleaned for part exchanging my house , oven wizard penrith we were who i booked , he arrived on time , seemed quite quick to clean double oven and extractor.
It was ok , the top oven was quite bad to be fair but it was far from looking like new as a lot of reviews state, a bit streaky especially the extractor in the hinges not so clean but , it saved me a job .
The reason for the bad review was my oven was tripping the electrics after testing to see if was working, got hold of the young man who came back with a family member who was an electrician .
I was moving out the next day and had to hand over the house with a working oven .
The man he brought examined the oven and basically said my elemental had blown and it wasn’t due to the clean just one of them things. He even said on his way out I am not bull s***ing you .
So i had an oven i need to get fixed today ! i called an engineer and explain what was going on the bottom oven wasn’t working at all , he said it was moisture in the electrics, he said try and dry it out by putting a heater in front of it .
If it doesn’t dry out there is nothing he can do but replace the whole oven.
Upset About this i messaged the man to call back he did later that day , my husband spoke to him and it seem no responsibility was taken , still saying he used gel and it can’t get in to cause the problem.
An apology would have prevented this review, i just want to warn others as I would expect their insurance to kick in if my oven was broken, but if they are not going to accept liability then it’s pointless.
Luckily 4 hours later it worked , i was thankful for the engineers advice but will clean my own oven next time and save £75 .
