Absolut hell. The business cards they sent us are a disgrace really. Not cut properly and the colors are hell. Now to get a refund we will have to send 25 photos of the awful cards they sent us so they can refund us. Thanks god we didnt order 5000 business cards : they would have demanded for us to send 500 photos of the crap they sent us.

This is a very badly run and organized company, customer service is not heard of, they gladly take your money and refuse to deliver on the goods in a timely manner. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - there are other reputable companies out there.

This is a fraud website, they do not offer what they say - do not under any circumstances book from this website if you want your items the next day

AVOID! Ordered 4 weeks ago. No sign of my order. It has been stuck on processing for 3 weeks. Have contacted them 4 times and been assured they would flag the issue and get the order on its way each time. Again contacted today and asked for a refund and was told they couldn't cancel the order because it was in production and then closed the chat.

Ordered three weeks ago, printing has still not started apparently. Initial email requesting delivery update was ignored, reply to second request was useless. Order number: 932533770

They send goods from Germany not the UK as the site suggests. I ordered business cards on Thursday and paid £21 for 'Next Day - Buy It Today Get It Tomorrow' delivery. I contacted them 2 days later having received nothing. They told me the estimated delivery was Monday. They then cancelled the delivery with UPS and sent them by DHL standard service without telling me. It's now Wednesday and tracking shows they are still in Germany.

Contacted them again and they told me to wait for delivery them email for compensation.

Utter scam. The promise of overnight prints or fast shipping is nonsense and just there to get business. Most orders take 2 weeks, the same as other online printers. Promises that printing has take place and fake tracking numbers buy them extra time. Once the items are printed and delivered, they refuse refunds. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Delayed order, tried ringing and no answer, tried the online chat and no agents to respond, tried an email and awaiting a reply. The order is already two days late and zero customer service. Quick to take my money though.

Deceptive and missleading. They have local domain websites (i.e. overnightprints.co.uk), but they don't offer an overnight service (although they do charge for it), and they print and ship from low-wage countries. Although I paid for the most expensive express delivery option, when it was due to arrive 3 days after the expected delivery day, they claimed that was an 'expected date'.

Business cards arrived as described and at a great price - satisfactory quality, you get what you pay for! Communication & speed wasn’t good though - arrived 5 days late, no postage tracking information, and can’t trust the website progress tracker. All in all - cheap & does the job but not necessarily fast/reliable/top quality. Not suitable if you need them fast or to REALLY impress.

Ordered on Monday despite being an overnight company they offered a number of premium extras for delivery . Went for the Thursday am delivery and nothing turned up by end of business Friday. Used their online tools. progress order was in printing queue, used their chat apparently there was something wrong that would need me to cancel the order and place a new one, they could not really tell me why they had said nothing until I called them. If you want cards the same week .. I'd honestly suggest you forget these jokers

Ordered my cards weeks ago and still nothing received. Contacted them last week and they said my order was now in production......still nothing. Best to avaiod this company

I really wished that I had read the reviews first - really bad company and to be honest I feel I have been scammed out of money. This is the on-line chat I had so you can see how bay they are

This is the worst company ever. I'm so angry with them! I supposed receiver my business cards on Monday because my flight was on Tuesday and i really needed a business cards for my trip and lady by the phone told me on Friday that i will get them on Monday by 100%. And i have this call recorded so no one can tell me that im wrong. Then when i called them on Monday the lady on the phone told me that they are in production and i will get them next day! You can't imagine how angry i was. This is ridiculous!

Yes please don’t be fooled by the name they are anything but. My business card order was placed on the 29th September and its Friday 11th October still nothing tracking says it’s still in depo. Will never use these again.

Overnight prints my A@#! I paid a premium on top to get them delivered in 3 days and they still haven't arrived already past my deadline, they get printed and shipped from Germany no wonder it takes so long and DHL are useless. Say they are arriving by end of the day you wait in until 8pm and nothing arrives, then the same the next day. Then lose the weekend then they attempt when you are out. Just LOL!

Don't let the name fool you. They promise overnight printing but then take three days to deliver (and that's with the express delivery service!). Plenty of other companies will do it much faster.

I ordered business cards for a specific event. I will say in their defence that they contacted me to say the image would be poor. I redid the work using their programme and was advised this had passed quality. As a result delivery was delayed by a day ~ no problem. I had paid for specific delivery so it was still guaranteed to be with me by 23rd November. This being particulary important as only ordered for an event on 25th November.
23rd Nov ~ no delivery. They had been quick in responding so thought no problem just email them. Emailed, Facebook message and Twitter ~ no reply. Having worked in consumer law I should have checked this prior to purchase but have never had problems with other printers so didn’t on this occasion. Of course this was a big mistake.
This company have appaling customer service and charge for services they simply do not provide. Of course as I don’t have the product I cannot comment on quality. I will be requesting a full refund and will raise a chargeback claim via my bank.
As a company you should be ashamed of how you carry out your business. At some point the time will come where a business that could have thrived will no longer be used ~ the sooner that day comes the better. Absolute disgrace! 😡
