Very happy with my business cards and will re-order for sure
Not printed in UK and do not deliver in time frame advertised
I originally gave a lower score but the company did deal with my complaint and refund me. Firstly because it says co.uk don’t be misled and think the product is printed in the UK, they’re not! Printed in Germany, this should be made clear from the beginning. I placed the order on the Sunday, it says 2 days processing and 2 days delivery, 6 days later and nothing has arrived. Checked the DHL tracking that I paid almost £10 for on the Saturday and it says the order is still in Germany. I emailed the company to ask what’s going on and get an auto reply saying it will take 2-3 days to even read my email. Really not happy with this company as they advertise a service and don’t deliver. I would not recommend at all and even discourage people from using them.

Extremely poor quality - not based in UK.
Business cards are of extremely poor quality, a similar theme amust other reviewers. Here are the issues.
1) the finishing is terrible- white scuffs against the edges and paintwork is peeling.
2) the logo is off centre, despite when i checked the artwork it is completely centred
3) some of the cards are not white there is a slight yellow tone
4) the text is pink despite the artwork being in white
5) printing lines are evident on all cards. This shows an extremely poor quality
6) Spot UV is slightly off the actual logo/lettering so it actually creates a shadow rather than emphasise the logo
7) some parts are not even covered by the spot UV
8) General quality of the spot UV is poor, so poor that on first instance it doesn’t even look like it has been treated by spot UV
Their response is to return 5 cards back to them for inspection (Back to Germany, not within UK). By the times anything gets sorted out it will be 2-3 weeks going at this rate (their standard turnaround time for emails is 2-3 days!) so your kinda stuck. Do you wait for them to sort it out or just order from someone else.

Felt like committing suicide!
I've had to constantly repeat myself with overnight prints. getting my business cards designed was torturous but I remained calm and got the design through. The design was ok and I ordered business cards.
I then made the mistake of ordering a letterhead and my god they cant follow simple instructions, you have to repeat yourself! I am trying to run a business and made a mistake to use them.
they have refused to give a refund of £25 hahaha...hilarious they can keep it! but under no circumstance am I ordering again from them.

Will definitely use them again.
I ordered a few times from Overnightprints and I‘m very happy with products received, they looked amazing. Delivery was within the estimated time or even faster and prices are reasonable. Website is simple and easy to use. So overall, I am really impressed and will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
10 days no product
Waited 10 days. No product.
Called them and spoke to a lady, who was rude and told me I hadn't waited long enough for my order. 10 days is long enough. I waited 6 after delivery day (working days)
Then laughed at me for saying I wanted to speak to the manager. I called again and spoke to another lady. who was equally as rude saying they don't have a manager.
I payed with PayPal so I asked them directly for a refund as overnight prints wouldn't give me it.
THEN tell trust pilot I'm not a real customer. I have proven my order with my order receipt.

Finally given up...
I've ordered business cars from them on three occasions now and by this point I'm officially done. The first time I can't recall the exact issue but know I was on the phone arguing with them for days and when they arrived they were all cut off centre. The second time is why they got two stars rather than one. I ordered two different types of cards one was admittedly perfect, the other was printed too dark and again cut off centre. (the key for wanting cards not to look off centre when ordering from a cheap printer like this is don't have any lines or frames). This last time, I have yet to see the printing job of the cards but I paid quite a considerable amount of money to get express as I desperately needed the cards before an event. I don't know how a company can in good conscious call themselves 'overnight' prints when there is literally nothing 'overnight' about them. It took them at least three days to print they sent and email saying the artwork was approved at this point, and then another day to ship it -FROM GERMANY! I had no idea they printed cards in Germany, I thought after speaking to their customer service agents here the cards would be made a one of the many available locations to print in the UK. No wonder the shipping is so expensive, I can only imagine how big their carbon footprint is! The delivery email was in German, the DHL depot was in Germany with a German contact number. I emailed their email which says they will respond to immediately to ask them to deliver it down the road to an address I know would be able to take the order rather than taking it to a depot. Then after they didn't bother responding I emailed Overnight Prints for help. They waited until after the delivery had been made before emailing and offered only an 0844 number to call DHL myself (why any company still only offers these I don't know but I am certainly not going to ever pay to talk to customer service agents, I waste enough of my time on that, its mad to also spend money). Basically, the company using a manipulative company name, shows no ethics or real understanding, and produces cheap products at frankly an inflated rate for what they're worth. I rather wish I'd read these other reviews before ordering, I won't be ordering from again.
