Repeated failure to deliver and complete disregard for customers

This is the second time in a row that Overseas announced home delivery and then, without any prior notice, redirected my package to a parcel locker. No call, no attempt to deliver, no explanation — just a message telling me to pick it up myself.

Last time I filed a formal complaint and never received any response. Not even an acknowledgment. That alone says enough about how seriously they take customer feedback.

What makes this even worse is that they send misleading delivery notifications that have nothing to do with what actually happens. If they already know they won’t deliver to the address, they should say so instead of pretending otherwise.

This is not an isolated incident — it’s a pattern. Unreliable service, zero transparency, and complete lack of accountability. If you expect your package to be delivered to your door, Overseas is simply not a dependable option.

Good

The delivery service itself was correct and fast enough. The package arrived in good condition. It used to be quite late, but I never order at the last minute, so it doesn't bother me.

Overseas is the worst

I am extremely disappointed with Overseas Express. This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had.

They simply do not deliver packages properly. Instead of attempting delivery or contacting the recipient, they return the shipment the very same day if it is not picked up immediately. The most frustrating part is that they do not even try to contact the recipient — no phone call, no proper notification, nothing. It feels like they make zero effort to actually complete the delivery.

Their customer service is completely useless. Getting in touch with them is difficult, and when you finally do, they offer no real help, no clear answers, and no solutions. There is no sense of responsibility, no professionalism, and absolutely no customer care.

Tracking information is often unclear or inaccurate, communication is poor, and the overall organization seems chaotic and unreliable. For a delivery company, reliability and communication are basic requirements — and Overseas Express fails at both.

I would not recommend Overseas Express to anyone. If you expect your package to actually arrive and want even basic customer support, you are better off choosing a different courier service.

Temu/Aliexpress packages automatically rerouted to pick up stations without notice?!?!?!?!

Absolute bs! I ordered from aliexpress mutiple times and every time it was delivered to my address, to my front door. But today the delivery person skipped me (eventhough I marked on their website that I am home) because apparently now all temu, aliexpress, etc. deliveries go straight to pick up boxes instead of address deliveries. The problem? You can't pick the pick up spot that's closest to you because the courier "already passed your address" so now the package gets delivered to the pick up box in ANOTHER CITY, and you have to figure out how to get to it (with no option for rerouting). And apparently the website (aliexpress) was supposed to norify me, and overseas claims to have the "new rules" posted on their website but guess what??? There's NOTHING about it on their website!!!! No notice, no news about it, absolutely nothing! I hope their business goes to hell!!

They have like " trusted" companies and contracts with criminal and dodgy firms.
Second...you are alowed to PAY BILL OVER LINK WITHIN MAIL, BUT THEY EMPTY THE MASHINE THE THIRD DAY IN THE MORNING.
Then you get husled between their "service" and criminal troll company.
NEVER AGAIN.

The worst courier service

The worst courier service. It took them 13 days to deliver the package to my mailbox upon receiving it at the warehouse in my city. Customer service is also extremly bad, automated email responses and call agents completely uninterested and not ready to help.

Never going with Overseas Express again…

Never going with Overseas Express again. And I advise you not to go with them either. I had ordered a camera bag via AliExpress, and little did I know, that Overseas will be the carrier. They had tried to deliver the package once, I wasn't home, so I redirected the package to one of the package stations, for pickup. Fast forward almost 2 weeks later, without any feedback, without a word from them. Turns out, the package was returned to the seller. Without a word, without giving me any heads up, without arranging a different pickup time. Worst delivery company EVER.

This courier company delivered the…

This courier company delivered the wrong parcel to me, which is a basic and serious mistake. My name and address were clearly different from what was on the package I received, yet it was still handed over without any verification.
When I contacted customer service, they were slow, unhelpful, and showed no urgency in fixing their error. I was left wasting my time trying to sort out a problem that should never have happened in the first place.
This shows a total lack of care, accuracy, and professionalism. If you can’t deliver the correct parcel to the correct person, you shouldn’t be in the delivery business. I would not trust this company again.

Worst """courier"""

They delayed my first parcel for four weeks, but it finally arrived after a lot of pressure.
As for the second one, after two months and countless emails, the parcel is lost. How is it possible that these people are still in business?

They steal packages and fail to deliver…

They steal packages and fail to deliver them. In my most recent experience with them, they stole a package from BestSecret. For a full month, the package was marked as “out for delivery” every single day, without a single real delivery attempt. They changed the delivery address on their own and kept writing that the package had been destroyed, over and over again. In the end, after a month of back-and-forth, BestSecret refunded me because they determined that the package was no longer in their possession.

Consistently Unprofessional Service

This is yet another negative review for this company, unfortunately for the same reasons as before: rude, unprofessional, and misleading conduct.

The courier arrived to collect a package without any prior notice, which appears to be standard practice. During a phone call, he confirmed that he had a return label. However, when my colleague handed over the package at our office, the courier stated that he did not have the label after all and assured us it would be sent later. That never happened. No label was provided, and subsequent attempts to contact the courier were ignored.

Based on repeated experiences, this is one of the worst courier services I have dealt with.

Horrible service

Horrible service. They keep marking status as delivery attempt - recipient not at home, which is a total lie. I made an order on November 21st, today is December 12th. I attached the e-mail from their customer support.

Worst delivery service in Croatia

Package was delivered to a pickup point even though I've confirmed I'm at home waiting for the package. Pickup point is 6 km away and I do not own a car. I was informed by SMS and e-mail that the package is waiting for me at the pickup point, took a taxi ride there but the package WAS NOT there. It arrived at the pickup point two hours later, which means I had to take another taxi ride next day to pickup the package. Those two taxi rides cost me 30€, almost as much as the package is worth. Their customers service is, to put it mildly, useless and impolite. Certainly the worst delivery service in Croatia.

UNPROFESSIONAL

They are delivering orders from 8:00 to 18:00 and they are going back to main building at 15:00 and thats it for that day. Wainting for my delivery for a week now.
