This company is a scam! Please do some research before placing an order with them. I made the mistake on relying on them and ordered a purchase of over $600.00. I never got a confirmation email. After calling several times, they sent me an email with an order number. Then, they sent me an email that the order was delivered at my house when it wasn’t. When inquiring about the order they say it was sent back to the warehouse cause the carrier didn’t have my contact information. They are a total scam. The worst I’ve had encounter in the internet.

They send out an email that should have the label in it to do a return and not only is the label not attached but they have the wrong phone # to call if you did not get it. We have brought it to there attention but they just don't care.

I am very unhappy with what Overstock had done to Wamsutta sheets. I have been buying this brand from Bed, Bath, and Beyondfor years, enjoying the high quality, satiny fabric. Now that Overstock owns the brand, they are coarse and unpleasant. Further, the cranberry sheets transferred dye all over my coverlet, in spite of the fact that this has never happened before and I washed the sheets before I used them. Will never buy another damned thing from this company. Does anybody know a good source for bed sheets?

RIP-OFF!!! Wish I saw this site before I used Overstock. Total ripoff!!! I never received the propane tank I ordered and never heard back from anyone. Overstock needs to be prosecuted for fraud and go out of business.

Horrible company to deal with. Return policy is not good. They will not honor pricing if you find better on another site. No emails when they receive an order or nay communication when they ship etc.

Purchased an item was never shipped to me. Status showed pending item temporarily unavailable. I wanted the item so expected it would be shipped when available. After some time I contacted customer service and was told I would be unable to receive item and refund would be issued. I never noticed a refund so when calling to follow up I was then told item had been shipped when order was initiated. They said since it had been 120 days unable to check status with usps and no recourse. When checked app all of a sudden it was saying had been shipped. So no refund, no original item, no replacement offered. Terrible experience and will NEVER shop Overstock or Bed Bath and Beyond ever again. Out $60 and was a lot of stress. Worst customer service ever.

I neglected to open my box of planter pots when I received them. I did so today. They are not the color I ordered and the stands have rust spots and are missing the rubber caps and screws. It had Amazon shipping tape so I was more comfortable not checking my order. I know better and blame myself for missing the date of return.

Ordered an Ovios 5 piece patio set - I cannot review the set as it hasn't arrived as scheduled. Contacted customer service about product notification stating it was shipped and scheduled to arrive today (6/15) and she was not only rude but when I asked to speak with a management person she connected me to a survey after a 5 minute hold. She contradicted herself many times stating that even though the notification said it was arriving today it wouldn't be and definitely not if I escalated things (really?) She then stated it was only "estimated" to arrive which it states in tiny writing at the bottom even though the initial info confirmed arrival as of a Saturday, June 15 arrival (have screenshot documentation of order & delivery confirmation). Then she stated it hadn't even left the warehouse. Complete runaround. Now we are out the set for a Father's Day gathering and I could have bought the set for $75 more locally. Spoke with a second agent this past week who was very nice and sympathetic but a week later, set has still not arrived. Partial delivery “scheduled” for 6/21 but remaining items in set delayed until next week. I thought I would give this Bed, Bath, Beyond/Overstock merger a try but probably not again considering the delivery and customer service issues.

Junk product. Bought a pearl bracelet and it was held together with a thread. Seriously? A thread? Obviously it broke within the first 1-2 times wearing it. It’s a thread!! What a piece of junk. Made by the lowest IQ on the planet. 1 star.

I placed an order and 5 minutes afterwards I went on the website to cancel. There is nowhere on the website to cancel. So I called and they couldn't cancel (more like didn't want to cancel). I told them I was going to refuse delivery and contact my credit card company about fraudulent charge. I kept checking the website and it kept saying unfulfilled, so I thought maybe they were going to cancel it. I checked late last evening and it still was unfulfilled. I checked this morning and it is out for delivery. Never will I shop at this sleeve p.ace again. Maybe the CEO of overstock will follow in bed bath and beyond footsteps.

Horrible company, horrible employer, bad quality products products and tricky return policies.

HORRIBLE experience dealing with them. Stay away!! I literally spent hours on the phone with them, everything that could go wrong did, from ordering product to returning it, a nightmare of a company!

Customer service and delivery time is the worst!! I bought a couch that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days and it ended up taking 13 days. I got rid of the old couch and was without a couch for all that time. I called customer service every single day that it was late and they couldn't tell me anything until I got really mad on the phone and they lady finally decided that maybe they should call the freight company. I was also told by the woman on the phone that they would bring it into my house for me and guess what? That costs extra and nowhere did I see that during the checkout process. So me, as a 63 year old woman who's on disability had to figure out how to get this 270 pound couch into my living room. I managed to do it, but it took me half a day. Never again will I buy anything from these people. Thank God, the couch itself is amazing and didn't disappoint. I do love that!

Bought a file cabinet,biggest hunk of junk pos I've ever seen,draws falling out caving in,like foil.
Asked for refund and they laughed at me, don't buy anything from these thiefs

Bed, Bath, and Beyond (bought by Overstock.com) refuses to delete any of my information, including the credit card on file and account on the website. They claim they need everything stored for 4 years for business purposes.

I understand the info on the internal database cannot be deleted for tax related reasons, but under the California Consumer Privacy Act, BBB is required delete any information that they can. No other company has refused this request.

If you face this problem, contact the attorney General and California's CCPA department to voice your concern over Overstock.com storing your personal information.

Once again, Bed, Bath, and Beyond (Overstock.com) is refusing to delete any of my information at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND / OVERSTOCK.COM! THEY WILL SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM AND CHARGE YOU $500 TO RETURN IT.

I bought a double vanity on their app in November 2023. It was supposed to arrive within two weeks. I received no email receipt, only a tracking number that hit a 404 page not found error. Two weeks later, still no receipt, still not functional tracking number, and no news from Bed Bath & Beyond. Four weeks after I ordered, they finally called me to ask when was a good time to deliver the vanity. On receipt, I discovered that they had sent me the wrong item – a single vanity in place of a double vanity. When I called them to find a resolution, they denied that they had made a mistake – surprisingly enough, the next day the email receipt (which I had never received) appeared in my inbox, displaying the same single vanity they claim I had ordered. So despite a clear recognition that their online systems had messed up (between the missing email receipt that appeared two months later, the lack of a tracking number and the delayed delivery) they are unwilling to accept responsibility for delivering the wrong item. Their website says they have a 30-day return window, but what they don’t tell you is that the return shipping could be over $500! Do not shop here. It is not worth the pain.

Having ordered and paid for my goods I have heard absolutely nothing from this so called "trusted company".
No replies to emails or anywhere on their website to leave a review. I'd give it no stars if that was an available option.
Clearly a bunch of shady characters who have no intention of honouring any orders. Avoid at all costs.

Crooked when after paying their website vanished,they got right into my bank but I got my $$ back

Since overstock is now bed bath and beyond I’m writing a bad review for them. I bought a mirror last year that I set aside for a renovation project, I finally got around to that project and the mirror was completely shattered, I contacted bed bath to see if they could honor the item, unfortunately at no help even though I didn’t break the mirror it came out of packaging completely broken they could not honor anything. It was my fault for not checking the packaging right away their fault for sending a broken item.. $126 down the drain

I would never purchase from this company again. I ordered a king-sized quilt. The quilt was not big enough to cover the bed and the quality was poor. When I returned the quilt, the cost of return shipping was deducted from my refund PLUS an additional $6 and some change.
