2 weeks with no item or comms
I'll upgrade this if and when I hear something because I know how much reviews affect small businesses. But at the moment it's been 2 weeks with no item or communication from Ovosi. I've emailed them a couple of times about it and heard nothing back so a terrible customer experience.
I'm writing this in the hope someone at the company sees it since the person who looks after help@ovosi doesn't appear to be home.

Diff colour sent out
Ordered the ice set, recieved diff colour shorts. Thought id be offered a gesture of goodwill. Was just told i may aswel buy the ice shorts (again) and top to match the olive shorts. Was this done on purpose? Anyway not happy tbf.

The incorrect colour was not sent, I invite you to check your order form #2268 as you have ordered the Ice Overshirt & Olive Tech Short. (OV027 & OV031).
We are more than happy to exchange any products for any reason within 14 days of purchase and at no point was it suggested that you were to buy a replacement for this.
I believe you have misread the e-mail as it seems there has been a misunderstanding.
Please use the returns portal to return any product(s) you are not happy with and they will be refunded in full.
