Although I was notified that you were moving there was no date on the email and I therefore went to Hamilton square to collect my item. In addition to the waste of my time I paid for parking too! I did email to say I was on holiday and would be late collecting and whilst I received an acknowledgment I did not receive a response so unfortunately overall communication was poor!

Great candle. Lost a star as the “pick up” option is confusing. Address listed is residential with no signage and multiple call buttons to press. Suggest you put a sign out for future customers

Beautiful Products
When we moved into our flat 3.5 years ago, the previous owner left some Owen Drew diffusers behind. We were determined to find out where this company were and having done that, we have remained fans. The scent from one wax melt fills our large lounge and the room mists are incredible. 1 to 2 sprays quickly clears cooking smells etc and the scent lingers the next day. The natural scent is much better for the environment and for humans alike. Love the soy wax candles as well.

When I walk in to my hall it has a lovely fragrance aroma. The staff are always so friendly and helpful when you call in to the shop. I would highly recommend Owen drew products try them you won’t be disappointed .
