Absolutely exceptional service! I bought a beautiful car from Owens Express Motors Ltd a couple of days ago and I can’t thank them enough!

After finding the car I was looking for online the communication from start to finish was superb.

On the day of collection after having made a 4 hour train journey I was picked up at Aintree Railway Station by Owen, the owner himself! Arrived at the showroom to meet the rest of the team who had seamlessly prepared the car for me, with a complete MOT, service and fabulous valet and polish!! The car was gleaming!

The customer service most definitely exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable, friendly and was left feeling like a valued customer.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Not pressured into making a purchase like other show rooms and able to browse and test drive at peace. I would totally recommend Owens. Leon and his wife immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. They are straight, decent and honest people and Leon went out of his way to sort finance on my car. He helped me get credit after I didn’t think I would be able to, and sorted everything unbelievably quickly for me. The whole process was just really simple. I went in on Sunday, and by Monday he had sorted the finance for my car and it was all complete. Everything was upfront and I have got a brilliant deal on my car thanks to Leon. The payments are reasonable and I can’t thank him enough. I have never written a review before but I am just so impressed with the service I received. Definitely recommend!

A couple of weeks ago I decided after a truly awful year I wanted trade In my car an purchase a newer vehicle this in the past was always difficult as I am disabled and have incurable cancer, I attended Owens express motors and was greeted by a gentleman called leon who immediately put me at ease and basically allowed me access to all the vehicles in the showroom ensuring at all times through my disability I could access the vehicles an talked through which type of vehicle I would be best suited,during my visit I was made tottally welcome and while other members of the public were present i felt I had the full attention of Leon an his staff after looking at some amazing vehicles we discussed finances and realistic prices for my budget this wasn’t the beginning of the end but the start of the beginning as we had then agreed the type of vehicle I was best suited to and within my price range, leon then took me to his main office and made a list of the vehicles I liked and to what spec,after viewing many vehicle I suggested a vehicle that was not currently on site but in Chelmsford this was not to prove a obstacle as leon said if this is the vehicle he would move heaven an earth to obtain it for me an have it delivered to my address serviced an valeted within a few days at no additional cost to myself this was an absolute lovely gesture as I had never experienced a car dealership that had gone out of there way for me and also being mindful of my disability all along I felt like I was amongst friends not a customer, as promised by leon the car arrived three days later immaculately presented at my address I then test drove the vehicle as I had done so with similar vehicle at the garage to finally agree to the purchase, I was then taken to the local post office to tax the vehicle an allowed to use the company’s phone to transfare my insurance documents it really was 5 star treatment at it best, since I bought the vehicle leon and his small team of staff have called myself an my partner on no less than 4 occasions to ensure I was totttally satisfied an if I had any concerns over the vehicle in almost 32 yrs of driving I have never dealt with a more caring and understanding team than Owens express motors it has restored my faith in humanity if like myself you have a disability or any medical condition you could not be in safer hands there level of care is unrivalled in my experience please before shopping around visit there showroom first and experience there professionalism and care you will not be disappointed, thank you Owen motors and I look forward to dealing with you again in the near future.

I am not normally someone who leaves reviews but the service I experienced at Owens Motors was exceptional. It was my first time buying a car and I could not be happier, I got the car for an amazing price and was not disappointed when I picked up the car. I would recommend this place if you are a first time buyer or an experienced buyer. The staff are friendly and have your best interests at heart, which is hard to find in other places. The service is five star and would not go anywhere else if I was to get another car. I really couldn’t recommend this place more. They put me at ease through the whole process.

biggest lot of conmen, lies after lies, no return calls after numerous complaints,i reckon every guy i speak to is the same guy, refund still not in my hands but if they keep this service up, they wont have a business, as you cant keep treating customers like clowns, at least dick turpin wore a mask

My car experienced a problem days after buying it from Owens Express Motors! What a swift, dedicated, honest and transparent response! These guys worked tirelessly in maintaining telephone calls, FaceTime calls, making sure I was alright and arranging recovery of the car, all on their bill. They stuck to the timeline and delivered what they had promised. I was provided with a replacement car and my car was delivered a day after all sorted and driving like new!!!
