I have a handicap with my left foot, consequently walking in shoes is quite difficult. Received my order, put them on and walked without a problem. So glad I found you.

The shoes I received are 2 different sizes even though they say they’re both size 41. The quality isn’t that great either. Unfortunately I bought directly through the company website. Trying to deal with them has not been easy or pleasant. I ultimately had to do a dispute through PayPal because they didn’t want to issue a refund to me. They had stopped communicating all together. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them. Totally not worth it!

I used a coupon code for 20% off, but as soon as I checked out, the discount disappeared and I was charged full price. I immediately emailed support and requested to cancel. They replied to my email the next day with a shipped item notification. I replied that I had requested to cancel, and asked why they still shipped it after that. They replied that they "could not" credit me for the item until it was returned. Mind you, this package is coming from China, so even if they do live up to that promise, it will be months before my money is returned.

I have ordered in the past & been very happy - my recent order just arrived is the wrong size. I now have to sent them back to you at my expense & try & get the right size from you.

The shoes are poorly designed...right size but the back of the shoe is very flimsy..
I doubt they will hold up after wearing once.

The shoes are so attractive and they are so comfortable. Everyone that sees them ask me where I got them!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and after waiting a long time to receive them, they were of very poor quality and were too big. When I contacted them about returning the shoes for a refund, I was offered a 30% refund and could keep the shoes! Why would I want to keep shoes that don't fit? I still have not received any refund and the address given to me for a return is in China and would cost me more than the cost of the shoes to return them. I really don't like dealing with companies outside of the USA for this very reason. Now I'm out my money and have 2 pairs of shoes that don't fit!!!!

Ordered via Instagram ad over 1 month ago. Received today. Shoes are WAY TOO SMALL.
Sent email & contacted through their web site customer service form. No response. Amazon sells these shoes too so order from them. Very poor quality, plastic vinyl something, cute but not worth $46 + . We shall see how they handle my return ‼️

I purchases shoes in early February, and like many people commenting here I thought I was ripped off as I had heard nothing since then, tracking number doesn't make sense and it is March 5th. That said, I received my purchase today. They are exactly what I purchased and extremely comfortable. The only problem is they are huge. My size 8 ordered seems more like a 9, or more. Maybe if I had done more research I would have known to size down. If not for that I would be very happy, although it took a long time and I was nervous with no viable communication option. If anyone wants to buy my pink size 9, let me know.
