Prompt service. The shoes are the most comfortable ones I have ever bought. I wore mine to town one day and not one bit of tired, sore feet. Wouldn’t buy any other brand now.

On April 13, 2026 I placed an order for two pairs of Owlkay - Bunion Corrector Sandals from their site. The shipment arrived in 17 days. The shoes were too large and of poor quality. The sole was flat and stiff, offering no comfort, and the upper looked and felt more like plastic than leather. It hurt my feet to even try them on. To return, you have to send an email, get an approval, and pay to ship via USPS, completing a customs form. My return cost $35. They offered a small discount on a future purchase if I kept the shoes - to save on the postage. NOT WORTH IT!

Shoes are perfect, very comfortable and great fit. Fantastic colour range. Delivery was a little slow, but everything happening around the world i was not surprised.

I had trouble working out the size I needed, I don't think your size chart takes in enough countries, you appear to be stuck on the USA sizes. Maybe you could add in English/Australian and any others in use world wide.

Trying to get order cancelled 5 mins after I place it. Sent emails they keep saying g looking into it .

It took forever to receive 2 pairs of shoes. When they arrived they were falling apart. I contacted them and they asked me to send photos or video, which I did. They asked me if they could give me 30% back and I could keep the defective shoes. I requested a full refund and they told me to send the shoes back to China at my cost and they would consider giving a refund. Horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company - they send out crappy product.

I just LOVE your shoes. I must have about 10 prs now. In the years ive been buying your shoes I havnt bought any other shoes. They are the most Comftable shoes I have bought and they are not expensive. Thankyou
