I have ordered multiple pairs of Owlkay shoes in the past four years. They are very comfortable and fashionable. I love taking them on vacation for style and functionality.

I love these shoes ! I love the bunion sneakers and bought four pairs ! The sliders are so easy to slide on and off and are so comfortable.

I received the items I ordered but the shoes were not packed properly and the toes were all pushed in and I could not get the shoe to look good. It looked like they were well used when I got them. I just threw them away. I am now getting email after email from this company. I have requested 4 times for them to quit sending me emails. I have emailed them because their unsubscribe link does not work. They keep telling me they will pass it on to their team and make sure the request is handled but nothing happens. It is quite maddening. I would never buy from this company again.

I am very happy with my purchase. I have purchased from here many times and every time it has been seamless and a good experience and will shop there again

I absolutely love your shoes. I wore them all day and part of the evening and my feet and legs felt great. I quickly ordered another pair and will be letting my friends know about these shoes. Honestly, they are more comfortable than slippers!! Love them!!!

The shoes I received at Christmas didn't fit. They said to donate them and they would send a new pair. After 15+ emails, nothing. They might have some comfortable shoes, but they are not a reputable company. Find somewhere else!

I saw the shoes online & the price was really good. They arrived within a few days which was amazing. I took them out of the package & straight away my feet just melted into them. I have never had such comfortable & stylish shoes & especially as I had not seen them. I got straight back online & ordered 3 more. I won't be wearing anything else from now on. Thank you 😃

Love the shoes, not happy with customer service. I purchased 6 pairs of shoes for Christmas gifts. Need to exchange 3 pair for different sizes. Customer service said they’d send me the three pairs of shoes to me in 3-5 business days. Haven’t heard or seen anything….. nothing but crickets. Very disappointed because I was planning on purchasing more shoes but since I haven’t gotten anything yet or any information don’t think I will order any more. So be cautious people. They don’t stand behind their promises of exchanges or refunds.

Owlkay has the absolute WORST customer service I've encountered from a company. I'm still sitting here with 2 brand new pair of unworn shoes (valued at $80) because they are too big. They don't respond to requests for returns or exchanges. If I were you, I'd run to a different company!

I ordered some shoes from this company about 6 months ago. Some did not fit correctly and I wanted to send them back for a refund. They offered for me to keep them (who wants shoes that don't fit?) and they would refund half my money and I said that I wanted a full refund. They gave me an address to send them back and so I posted them, paying for international postage. Didn't hear anything for about 3 months and the shoes arrived back to me. The reason stated that the parcel was refused. I wrote back to them many times but to date, have not heard anything, nor have I received a refund. I have contacted them on FB, posted in the comments on their ads without success. I recommend that no one buys shoes from them unless they are sure that they will fit them correctly.

The shoes were nice looking but they sent the wrong size. When I contacted customer service they said they would send a replacement and I could keep the original order. But they never sent them and stopped responding to my emails. I made a new complaint and then responded again saying they would send a replacement. Still nothing. They have ignored my requests for a refund. So looks like I am out that money. Never ordering again.

I so wanted to buy their shoes we are going on vacation and I emailed Owlkay to ask if there was anyway I could pay extra to get them to me on time. The first email I received from customer service was very encouraging saying that they turned it over to their service team and they would get back to me to resolve this issue. This was a week ago have never heard from them have emailed them 5 times and have never received any kind of an answere the just don't respond. Their customer service is terrible.

Poorly fitting shoes. They want to send me a second pair to make up for it. Who wants 2 pairs of shoes that don't fit. All kinds of other unacceptable offers. No refund until I send the shoes back to China. Will they acknowledge receiving the shoes I'm returning and send me a full refund? Unlikely. A very frustrating and expensive exercise.

The shoes are displayed beautifully and it is so easy to order. So many different styles to choose from, too. I would buy again.

Sent shoes that were too small and refused to do a return or exchange. They did offer to send another pair of the same sandal. WHY? Two pairs I cannot wear?! They also offered a 30% refund: that would have been $13.47 out of the $44.99 I spent. What an insult.
