Lied to about half price offer and no reports

I used a paid 7-day trial, which was helpful and provided information I needed. After a couple of weeks of having cancelled trial membership, I received an offer for 50% off fir first month, which I took. But, I was charged full price AND no report exists for 2 addresses I entered. So, I was lead to believe I was going to pay half price but was charged full price for non-existing reports. I have more screenshots to confirm what I’m claiming but won’t allow more than 1.

I didn’t proceed with a purchase since this is the same business practice of making you wait 3 minutes while you waste your time for an ad for a 1$ week trial. This is like all the people search companies that pull you in with a 1$ trial in hope that you forget about it until it expires and then hit you with high fees. Who cares how accurate their number for the house is if they’re doing business like this. What a joke. Glad I didn’t waste my money on them.

I never ordered anything from you. I did NOT open any accounts with Ownerly, yet my checking account was missing over $70.00 in charges levied by your company.
My refund needs to be in my account . You have been reported and the R I Sec.of State is investigating. Better get gone very fast!

I was able to locate an account matching your full name and email address. The account was created on 07/19/2023 with our $1.00 7-day trial. Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription of $34.99.
When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle. We did receive your request to cancel and processed a refund on 10/26/2023.

I've been trying from 2 days After my subscription to go through the cancelation process but not been successful, this process needs to be much easier to do. I'm still being charged for a service that I'm not using 😒. I guess I'll have to report it to the BBB .

Well as a business owner I want you to know I ordered a replacement control for our heated floor. Took the face plate out and placed it on box and it lit up but no heat. My wife suggested I replace the box in the wall as well and then we got heat. Point being we had power but not heat. Interior box was the issue. Not the control plate. How did that box fail??? Happy to have heat again THANK YOU
