Good advertising, bad quality.
This is the second cover that I have purchased for my motorcycle, the first one tore in the winter, I contacted the Seller and he informed me that it was small and that's why I would have forced it, I bought a larger one as suggested and after only months of use it has already been used. The lock broke, I contacted Amazon and they sent me to the brand, I contacted the brand who informed that the cover was suitable for my motorcycle, in other words, in any case, you (the customer) will be responsible for the poor quality. .
Missing parts
Emailed oxford as I brought solariser charger online from sportsbikeshop but it was missing some window sucker pads they looked through there return products and found me some as they don't sell the spare parts they sent them next day free of charge they went above and beyond will definitely be buying from them in the future there customer service is fatastic

Top notch, great product (the little explorer bike seat, it’s truly one of my favourite things, having my kid up front with me on a bike ride) and fantastic customer service. Can’t fault.
The covers they now produce are poor…
The covers they now produce are poor quality and will be lucky if they see two winters without falling apart,I have six of them stormex and rainex. First the tape on the seams comes off on the second year, after that the plastic window for the solar charger starts to disintegrate. and the rainex starts to rip on the lower sections. have used these for years but won't buy any more. But the chains,locks & side bags are good, still use these

Oxford look after their customers well. I bought a pair of their Oxford Jeans at the NEC from a London based supplier, the jeans turned out to be faulty and rather than travelling down to London I went straight to Oxford products. They could not have been more helpful and sorted my problem out. it is backup service like this that gives me the confidence to buy Oxford products.

I bought a chain tool and one of the parts in the box was incorrect. I contacted Oxford Customer Services, discussed the issue and the new part was with me in 48 hours.

Brilliant Customer Service
I purchased some heated grips & whilst fitting them I lost a small part (my fault) & I contacted their customer service team who were brilliant. Initially I was told that they would call me back with a solution & I expected to never hear from them again, but within 5 mins they called me back. They sent out a replacement with next day delivery. They were very helpful & I was not made to feel an idiot for something that was my mistake - thank you Katie!

Had a minor problem with a pannier bag recently. Contacted support via email and they were quick to respond and supplied me with a replacement part. Very pleased with original product and subsequent customer service I received.

Contacted customer services about a heater grip that had failed. Their response was immediate and a replacement grip arrived the next day. Excellent service.
Not fit for purpose. Spend 10p on a bin bag instead.
Touring in France. Stitching falling apart on brand new Drystash T45. Can’t strap it to the bike any more. It is waterproof though.
Dodgy rear stand
Purchased rear stand, ox286. Despite tightening bolts on arms they are still prone to sideways movement. That's unsafe for lifting motorcycle
