Your salesperson did not do his job and get authorization from doctor and submit it to insurance company prior to sale. So my insurance is not paying for product, your company needs to refund my money.

We started off with heavy oxygen tanks and they were bulky and heavy. His new oxygenator makes him more portable which makes him happier. He has actually started driving again and is looking forward to getting out more. He is also comfortable wearing it and makes me more able to help him. Thanks P Langford

I was not really pleased with my experience with this company. I heard from the sales person frequently and as soon as I make the purchase I had some concerns and questions and sent an email on 5/13/26. I did get a follow up call from Tammy today 5/21/26. She was very helpful and answered my questions

SO easy. I needed a portable continuous flow 3+ concentrator for a trip, and I needed it the next day. I called, the price was better than I expected and they were able to deliver the best machine in time for my trip. VERY happy with this store.
