Vacation scare
I was vacating in Denver and my concentrator stopped working. I called your store and talked to a really great guy named Tod Gordon. I told him my problem and he recommended a concentrator that would fit my needs. He then got in his car and drove from Centennial to our hotel in Denver and delivered the concentrator. I was so impressed that he would go the extra mile for me. I was expecting him to say I would have to wait until the next morning. I so uncomfortable without my concentrator and new I could not leave the hotel without a concentrator. Because of Tod's excellent service we were able to continue our vacation and tour Denver. I sincerely thank him for all he did for me.

Awesome Experience
I had been looking for portable oxygen concentrators for a while. I provided them my contact info on line and received a phone call from Dakota within 10 minutes. I explained my needs and Dakota hooked me up with a machine that is perfect. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone. He sent a quote and I told him I'd think on it. I found the same machine, called him back and he matched the price. Within an hour I got an email from the warehouse manager confirming my purchase and shipping info. Two days later my machine arrived. It was just a great experience all the way around and would recommend them to anyone!
