The first box came with the wrong part... I was not a happy camper. Called and talked to someone in customer service - great service, good attitude, problem solved right away. It was a refreshing and 'new' experience compared to so many customer service departments with other companies. THANK YOU.

Outstanding customer service
I have made two purchases in the last month from the Oxygen Concentrator Store. When I ordering specialist was Cami and she was nothing less than an outstanding representative answering all my questions giving me multiple quotes on different equipment to compare and ensuring that all of the materials I receive were properly shipped and received.
My first order was a home oxygen concentrator, and my second purchase was a portable concentrator that had both pulse and continuous flow options
