Outstanding customer service
I have made two purchases in the last month from the Oxygen Concentrator Store. When I ordering specialist was Cami and she was nothing less than an outstanding representative answering all my questions giving me multiple quotes on different equipment to compare and ensuring that all of the materials I receive were properly shipped and received.
My first order was a home oxygen concentrator, and my second purchase was a portable concentrator that had both pulse and continuous flow options
I would highly recommend Cami for her outstanding customer service

It was hard to get to use of the machine, but now I have no problems. I know there will be problems when it rains, which we do quite a bit this time of year.

Audrey Murrill sealed the deal
Audrey Murrill sealed the deal. She provided great cusotmer service: very knowledgeable, patient, friendly. She continued her great attention when I needed to call to address the cannola tubing getting squezed from the design of the Inogen 4. She immedialely ordered a correction (spring) & corrected the error in the UPS shipping charge. My only "complaint" & not Audrey's fault was the rescheduling from UPS to a much later date from their initial date for delivery.
