This time, no emergency, but Dakota could not have been more helpful meeting our needs and even adjusting our order after the fact as new needs became apparent. The entire process worked seamlessly
The entire process worked seamlessly. I needed a new O2 Concentrator. I contacted the Oxygen Concentrator Store, and Luke was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was considering, and after a technical discussion, I chose the Inogen Voxi 5. I now have 85 hours on the machine. It is very quiet and performs flawlessly. The price was right, it shipped the day I purchased it, and arrived in two days as promised. Both the customer and the delivery service were excellent.

Working with Brian Dickson was great, he was so helpful. Your portable oxygen is so good, not heavy, I was out for 4 hrs. yesterday, no troubles, did not run out of battery power, I did put it on the car charger, but for me this is life changing. My portables I had in the past were so heavy & need to be charged. I feel this is one of the best purchases I have made. I am fortunate I can still get out & about, this is making it so much better, I am no longer concerned about battery life & weight !!!!
