Replaced Medicare sponsored equipment
We were unhappy with the equipment that our Medicare provider supplied. Chris and the staff took our portable concentrator from that provider and did a complete evaluation. They told us the machine was seven years
old, not new and was beyond warranty (thus, our problems in operations). We purchased a new machine from Chris. He was most informative and professional. We are delighted with the new equipment. It meets all of our needs. This is a company that one should visit if they are unhappy with Medicare sponsored equipment.

Customer Rep was great
Katie Yeardon, customer rep, was great. She was helpful and quick to respond. My only reason for giving only 4 stars is that the user manual was not included in the package with our new Inogen. When spending that much for a device, I would expect the package to be checked well before shipping to ensure the manual and all other parts are included. Katie emailed me the manual and shipped one out right away but it is taking a week to arrive. One other negative was that overnight shipping was not included, as it is at other sellers.
