I am using this for 2-3 weeks now an already has a concerning noise that was not present when first started it.

The G5 I purchased is great. The battery last much longer then my G3. The price was great and was delivered quickly. The only drawback is the weight with the 16 cell battery.

Purchased oxygen concentrator and tank fill. Both items were so old that they barely worked. The description stated the unit was reconditioned. The unit sounded like a Volkswagen. I had both units rebuilt and NEW compressor

My mother in law needed new face mask and found this place on google. But learned it was by appointment only from the owner but he called the store and told Justin that I was coming by for mask.
Justin was very informative on which mask I needed for the situation even gave me them for free. IM VERY VERY GRATEFUL for everything they've done for me! I recommend them and their services 10/10!!!

I bought the Invacare Platinum 10 with 25-foot tube for a vacation condo in the North Carolina mountains, and could not be more pleased with it! We live at sea-level most of the year, but the condo is at 4,114 feet above sea level (cool this summer!), and makes life so much easier with my erratic oxygen levels. Don’t have to move smaller concentrators. I can walk anywhere, even to bed, and sleep with it when necessary!

I have already sent you one reply, and left messages on your website. You sent me something that has never been rebuilt. It is loud, and Has red warning light coming on at start-up, meaning " Service Soon " . I have heard nothing back from you.

I purchased a used battery for my POC. The first one they sent would not charge. After informing them of the problem, they shipped a fully-functional battery. I have made several purchases from OxygenPlus, and not only do they have great prices, but they have excellent service even after the sale. I will keep ordering from them, and recommend them to others.

OxygenPlusConcentrators sold me quality equipment for a fair price. The "D" size oxygen tank that was provided with the purchase was either new or reconditioned like new! I would definitely purchase from them again.

Fantastic Folks, Service and Products at OxygenPlus Concentrators. Their turnaround for servicing our Millennium M10 02 concentrators was fast and thorough. Our EWOT systems are chugging along good as new. And we're happy campers as a result.
