It's early in our relationship to make a definitive judgement but preliminary review suggests good customer relations and for me, that's a major feature.

Very happy with my OxygenPlus concentrator. It is just like the one I have been "renting" for several years. This purchase will save me a lot of money in the future, and pay for itself in 6 months.

Concentrator works like it should. Delivery was ahead of schedule. The spare filters I ordered where also ahead of schedule. Excellent product and customer service

The concentrator runs pretty hot but seems to work well. The day I got it, I charged the BA-400 battery for a couple of hours and then tried running the unit while charging. I was VERY disappointed in that the unit shutdown on over temperature. However, I subsequently tested the unit with 3 fully discharged batteries and the unit provided oxygen while charging all 3 batteries sequentially without over heating even once and has displayed the same good behavior ever since.

It does occasionally loose sync with my breathing but generally recoveries quickly. I suspect that the loss of sync is my own fault BTW.

The clip on the belt pack is woefully designed and completely incapable of supporting the unit (even with assistance provided by the neck strap)! I still use the pack since I can't use the belly band (see below) but the unit is then free to swing away from my body and catch on objects or just bang into things.

Also, I see no possible way to install the unit into the provided belly band. I don't know yet if I am just 'missing something or if this is the wrong band for the unit that I purchased.

While it is louder than I would like and much louder than bottled oxygen of course, it is also much lighter and convenient to use.

Based upon my experience in actually using this unit, I do recommend that people consider this unit when looking to buy a portable oxygen concentrator.

Ordering was easy. The financing through Affirrm was easy. The whole thing was a piece of cake! And here's something else I think most people don't realize, do you know that in alot of cases you can buy a refubished oxygenator with a 3 year warranty for a payment each month pretty darn close to alot of peoples insurance copay? At least in my case it was possible. You should check it out. OxygenPlus Concentrators is the only way to go. Shipping could be a little faster but hey, all in all a great choice for our oxygen needs. Peace!

The reconditioned concentrator works great, but it took 7 days for the concentrator to get from the factory to Fed-ex.
