Completely and utterly disappointed with the customer service with this company. I bought a refurbished home oxygen machine, and 3 months after receiving it, I started having issues. I immediately emailed the company, about a week later, got a short and curt response, saying to check my plug in source. Which I did, over and over again. Emailed again letting them know my issue had not been resolved, and have received NO response at all now. Yet spent about $500 only for this machine to work for 3 months only. Unbelievable how they dismissed me after my purchase, but while shopping, I was constantly being emailed and corresponded with. This machine SHOULD have been replaced when my issue was not resolved. Period. THAT is good customer service. My money was much sought after, then when it was received, I became less than a thought. Beware of sweet talking sales people in this company, they are only sweet till the sale is made.

Hello ma'am. We understand your frustration! If a customer emails us with an issue with their order, we always reply with some quick things to check, like is it plugged in, try another outlet, make sure your tubing is not kinked etc. These are quick and easy tips, and do not need much explanation, so we apologize if our email came across as curt. Honestly it had been a few weeks since your last contact so we figured that the situation was fixed with our last suggestion. Also please note that we are in the process of getting a replacement sent to you asap during the Holiday Rush.

After providing the customer with the necessary paperwork to send her machine in for replacement, we have not received her machine back.
Prompt delivery of the right products.

I WASN'T SURE I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE TO BUY A REFURBISHED OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR FROM OXYGENPLUS.
THE FIRST UNIT THAT WAS SENT TO ME DIDN'T WORK. THEY PROMPTLY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT AFTER ISSUING A CALL TAG FOR THE OLD UNIT. THE UNIT I NOW HAVE WORKS GREAT AND SEEMS TO EVEN HAVE AN ENHANCED DELIVERY OF OXYGEN.

I am very pleased with my concentrator. I had been nervous about buying a used one, fearing that perhaps an oder from the last home would be present. You guys cleaned it out so well, it was like getting a newer one at a much better cost. Thank you!

Thank you for the review! After receiving your machine, it is always a good idea to check that the HEPA filter is still in place. Sometimes they become dislodged during shipping, and that sure will make your machine sound louder!

They Worked With Me When The Unit I Ordered Was Sold Out.
They informed me that they were sold out on a refurbished portable concentrator after I made the purchase. They went out of their way to work with me to provide a good price on a brand new unit (after offering different models/units). I was a bit bummed about having to pay extra, however the warranty that came with a brand new unit did help out. I really appreciate them working with me on it.
