I try to be as careful as possible with my purchases, especially expensive ones. I'm basing this review on the basis of my experience obtaining pre and post sale info, which was quick and factual.
The item ordered (refurbished) was out of stock and I was notified quickly and given options; including one for a less expensive different model of the item. I was assured it had the features I needed and that was ordered. There was no problem over credit refunds, etc. because they don't charge the card until an item is shipped.
The item itself was as described and is fulfilling my needs.

Invacare Perfecto2 V Oxygen Concentrators
from them. (One for me, one for my wife, and one extra so we don't have to use both of them 24/7, we can switch off to the spare.)
They're all great, had one for almost three years now, still reliably pumpin' out wonderful O2. Communicates quickly.
Communication from company is good, packaging for ship is superb, price is right, what more could you ask for?

Not Customer Focused
My machine arrived in a pristine box, however it was damaged slightly. When i contacted OxygenPlus, i was told to use a butter knife to pop the side back in place and the chipped out piece on the back near one of the housing screws was "normal".

Hello! When placing an order on our website, you are required to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions page. I get the feeling that you did not read it. Because it said right at the top of the page that during the time frame you placed your order, there would be a delay in the shipping due to being closed for the holidays. A little further down it also has a section describing the physical condition of our units, and states that they are previously used, and may have small cosmetic imperfections. In the attached photo showing a chip missing around the screw is purely cosmetic, and probably happened when your package was dropped, causing what happened in the second photo. The second photo shows your case had separated in shipping. The solution to this is literally what we suggested to you. You slip a butter knife or screw driver in between the two halves, twist with minimal effort, and it will pop itself back in place. We can only assume that the machine is working just fine since we only heard about these cosmetic issues that are very easily solved, and do not feel that this 2 star review is very fair.

Very poor customer care
Very poor customer care. I called, asked a question and second time i called few minutes after person that "sells concentrators for 30 years" hanged up on me, on middle of my sentence. Third call was never picked up. This is shame of a customer care. If you can't stand people just retire already.

Hello, and I am sorry to hear of your supposed experience. When did you call? Are you sure you called our office? As the person that handles most communications, I can tell you we have been closed for the holidays since 12-24-19 and will reopen 01-06-20. I certainly would have remember a call such as what you describe. Your order seems to have shipped within our standard 3-5 business day lead time (ordered 12-20 and shipped 12-27 after christmas) despite our holiday rush, and was delivered 12-30-19 during our closure. If you wish, I can reach out to you this weekend and answer any questions you may have.
Works like a charm.

The oxygen still stinks and tastes like cigar. the smell was so bad when I first got the machine that I had to stick it outside and run it for days. It's very obvious that the filters or nothing was changed on it. I'm going to take it to a local shop and have it refurbished properly. And it's so loud. I probably can't give this thing away.

I would give a five star but the first concentrator I received did not work and called them right away. They ordered a Fed-X pickup for the next day and shipped me a new one the same day. I received it and it works fine so far (Today is my first day of using it.). All is well that ends well. Polite people even when I was terribly upset.
