It didn't work at first. We took it to a reputable dealer and it was an easy fix, a hose inside was leaking. Since then it works great. I would buy again.

Arrived quickly, easy to set up.( had to look online for directions, as none were included with purchase) have used it both continuous plugged in, and pulse on the battery. Seems to work fine both ways. Need to look into an extra battery for backup. So far, I am very happy with the unit.

The web site was easy to navigate, found what I needed quickly, Checkout was quick. Although I noticed that there was a fee for shipping. I ordered a filter kit that at the bottom of the page it said "free shipping on all filter kits". Placed the order anyway, there price was more than reasonable. The next day I remembered I had also wanted to get new 50 ft. tubing for my oxygen machine. So I called customer service4 to see if it could be added to my order. The service rep said no problem but there would be an additional shipping fee. So I mentioned the free shipping I was supposed to get with the filter kit. He said he would look into it and put me on hold for 1 1/2 minutes. Came back and said there was an error on there part, they had stopped that promo 6 months ago but it was never taken off the site. So he said that he would honor that and also give me a discount on the shipping for the tubing. Sais I should get it in 5 to 7 days. I got updates on the orders status and received it in 4 days. Amazing right! Will definitely order from them from now on.
