We are sorry for the delay! We have been very open with our communications on this order. Since you ordered a new machine, it is subject to any manufacturer delays. I am sure you have heard of the Coronavirus and the delays it has caused in not only finished goods, but also items on a component level. This has caused abnormal delays in almost ALL new oxygen concentrators. Including your Devilbiss 10LPM machine. We have given you the proposed ship date from the manufacturer, to which your reply was "ok". We have heard of no changes since then.
Again, we apologize for the delay, but this is completely out of our control. Just bad luck that the unit you purchased is on a country wide backorder until China opens it's supply lines after this virus is contained.

The machine will only go to 4.5ml. the alarm does not sound. It is making a funny noise after just a couple weeks. When I called customer service he said the alarm was not important and if it doesn't sound after a couple more uses call back.

I am sorry to hear of these troubles! A very common occurrence with some concentrators, is if you set them at a desired LPM setting and then hook up your tubing, humidifiers etc, it can cause backpressure on the flow meter which will make it drop a little. Removing the tubing will show it going back up to the desired setting! :-)
If your alarm is not working, it can be a 9 volt battery that came loose in shipping. We never said the alarm was not important, because it certainly is! However, we said that the alarm is used to alert you when the unit is bot functioning, ie: a power failure.

Thank you for the review! Had we known you wanted a machine with more pressure, we might have recommended a 5LPM unit like the DeVilbiss 525 with 9PSI output pressure or possibly a high flow machine like the Airsep Intensity Dual Flow that features two flow meters, 8LPM and 22PSI!

Placed order on 12/18. rcvd ack. on 12/19 rcvd message stating due holiday schedule NO. shipments until after 1/6 due closure. Tben got msg stating Fedex issued pckup order on 12/18 for pickup on 12/27 for est delivery on 12/30. Fedex had no record of pickup until I caled on 12/30 afternoon & foud closed until 1/6. Left uncomplimentary mesage about "service". Two hoirs later Fedex said just picked up machine est del 1/2. Arrived!!! Well packaged. Clean. Works. Lousy customer interface (auto computer input???)

Hello sir, and we are sorry to see this review. We wish you would have contacted us so we could explain the situation. Our website, and all subsequent follow up emails to our customers made it pretty clear that any orders placed during this time would be delayed past our 3-5 day lead time, since FedEx shipping delays were a big problem this year, and also because we would be closed for the holidays. We did not hold any punches there, and I am sorry you never saw any of those notices. With that being said, we did not want our customers to wait too long for their orders, and we actually came in during our vacation to process some orders, yours included. For a package to be received 4 days before it was even supposed to ship, I think would be pretty good customer service and warrant more than a 2 star review. In the end, we are happy that you got your machine, and seem happy with it.

Yes sir, what we said is true. We always email an owners manual to each customer once their order has shipped. If you did not receive it, it is very likely it was put in your spam folder which is why it was recommended that you look there for it. Since we replied to an email from you, we also attached your owners manual to that email as well....did you get it? When in doubt, we also have a link on the bottom of our webpage called "Owners Manuals" where you can find ALL manuals for every product we offer, and please note that each and every product page on our website has a link at the very top of the product description with a link directly to the owners manual for that specific product :) Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our customer service, but we truly try to make our websites as easy and informative to use as possible.

Hello sir, and we understand your statement! As discussed on the phone, your order was sent from our shop quicker than anticipated. What we did not anticipate was your package being held in the Jacksonville, FL terminal for a whole week before it was delivered on Christmas Day! That terminal was seriously backed up due to the holiday rush, and we apologize for the delay. The fact that they delivered it on Christmas Day speaks to just how backed up they were! Happy New Year!
