Awful Customer Services
I am almost 50 yrs old, i have COPD, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease and Osteo-Arthritis, i am in an adapted Bungalow and due to Covid i am shielding, so i dont go far, this is causing Muscular Atrophy (muscle wastage), im getting weaker by the day... I have no family, no visitors, and no savings, i recieve state benefits, so i cant afford to buy this unit outright, nor with x4 monthly instalments, i barely get enough to live on!
So i wrote to OYO and begged and pleaded for help, i was deal with Gill Craig, OYO UK - Head of Customer Service, she obviously doesnt have any living parents or any sense of humanity, after i told her my personal circumstances, SHE RUBBISHED THE IDEAS I PUT FORWARD AND PRACTICALLY LAUGHED OF MY OFFER OF £5 PER WEEK, SHE INSISTED I PAY IN FULL INSTALMENTS EVEN AFTER BEING SHOWN MY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND LIST OF MEDICINES!
I did my dambdest to obtain one of these things due to my worsening conditions but heartless Gill Craig, OYO UK - Head of Customer Service made sure i never got the chance to improve my health because money and greed rule the OYO managment, if anyone want advice, try another unit, even rubber bands, would be better, cheaper and safer, i found OYO a major disappointment to deal with on a human level, so i cant imagine what theyd be like when dealing with returns or refunds, best avoided! 😉
