Freezer Fix
Our Freezer needed a repair to the door. Daniel Fox from Pacifica arrived on time and fixed the problem. He explained the work he had done and gave advice on freezer settings. Daniel was polite and did a good job.

Great service, on time and sorted the problem very quickly. Amazing person when compared to our previous engineer who called about 3 months ago and looked at our extractor fan and simply said couldn’t fix it because it was a NEF extractor and not an AEG.

Absolutely useless company from the phone advisors to the engineers, phone advisors mess you about and the engineers don’t turn up , just don’t by Hisense washing machine otherwise you will have to deal with these idiots if it breaks within the guarantee period !!
