Engineer 4429 Ashton Robbins arrived punctually. He had sourced the correct replacement parts so swapping over components in our faulty combi microwave was done quickly. Very efficient and professional engineer. Thank you. David
Freezer repairs
I was kept updated with the appointments and received several texts on the time the engineer would arrive.
Shahidul was the engineer who visited on both occasions, and he was extremely friendly, informative and professional in his work efficiently.
Explained what was required and ordered the part that was needed to complete the repair!
Came back a few days later to fit the new part and it seems to be working perfectly again (24hrs later).
I have no hesitation in recommending Shahidul for his excellent work skills, and I thank Pacifica for the support I received from the booking stage to the call out.
Our monthly breakdown plan was a blessing in disguise.

Engineer was convinced that a grill…
Engineer was convinced that a grill should cut out as part of a safety procedure, even whilst actually cooking food - I struggled to believe this at first, especially when he spoke of it as being a "regulated temperature control", when, in fact, it's a safety cut-out. It has to be said that Aga did not explain this feature in their user guide

Engineer lovely. Getting an engineer date was issue. Machine left not working for a week. Now again an hour after work was done same errors occurred further and machine is NOT washing. We cannot wait a further week and now soaking wet clothes in machine.

When the job was booked you were told exactly what was wrong and what needed replacing but you sent the engineer with only half the stuff - wasting everyone's time and now I need to book more time off work for a revisit

Kyle the engineer came to fix my washer, he is very professional in his work, he is polite, and thorough. He also explains what he has done to fix the problem

He is excellent in his knowledge and was hands on in fixing the issue. He didn’t fob me off and order parts without diagnosing the issue. I had 6 plus engineers out previously and none of them opened the dishwasher to see the issue. Excellent and thorough in his work ethic. Few people like him around.
