You wait ages for an engineer, appointments are constantly cancelled. Wrong parts ordered! 5 weeks without a washing machine is unacceptable! When I ring to arrange another appointment the company try to sell me more insurance! Why would I want to take out more insurance on other appliances when they can’t fix what is covered. It’s disgusting!

Michael (Mike D 4094) was an absolute superstar, in twenty minutes, he had changed the rubber seal of my washing machine and got it working again.
A huge relief for a Mam, who is in the middle of redecorating and also juggling school holidays and work.

Unresolved for Over a Year – Frustrating and Unacceptable Service
Very poor service and an extremely disappointing experience with Pacifica. I reported a fault with my Lamona oven back in March 2025, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Since then, I’ve had over six engineer visits, yet the issue remains unresolved.
There have been repeated problems, including incorrect parts being ordered, appointments cancelled on the same day (after I had already taken time off work), and a clear lack of continuity between engineers. It feels like the responsibility is constantly being passed around without any real progress.
This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. After so many months, I would have expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this has been an unbelievably poor experience from start to finish.
