Placed 2 orders with this Company

Placed 2 orders with this Company. 1st order placed beginning of October and received promptly. No complaints.
2nd order placed 1st November; supposed to be next day delivery; received 18th November. You can't get through on the phone; it just asks you to leave a voicemail message; but no one rings you back. Had 1 response through customer support that said they had a backlog and were on with order. No further communication/updates.
We needed to place further orders as we work in the Construction Industry and are involved with quite a few large projects. Needless to say we are now looking for new supplier.
