Company on the up, I love the concept, second time I’ve used and they are improved, customer service were also helpful over the phone. Could improve the timeliness and consistency of tracking updates and notifications, I’m sure they are aware and working on this. Very easy online booking system, is the key winner for me.

Worst customer support
The software was so bad that though I selected documents it generated custom document as parcel and the shipment was stuck at customs
. I eventually ended up paying customs import duty fee to get the shipment out for delivery. When raised this issue with pack and send team their support was pathetic . In short if i had used AU post it would have costed 30 AUD where are I paid 50 AUD ( incl custom import fee).

Unfortunately we find if there is a value against 'document' descriptions, further customs clearances are required. This is outside of all carrier services control and we try to assist as much as we can but sometimes this is a process with customs that we can't get around. We hope this experience wont stop you from using our services again in future. Thank you again for your feedback.

They are a bit more expensive compared to the some other services and there are a bit more paper work to be done. However, my parcel arrived in HK in just 2 days! There was no hassle from customs even though the parcel was worth well over AUD1000.
