Time SENSITIVE never use Pack and Send
Pack and Send are not the courier!!! They contract out the delivery of your package by have no control over when or if the courier will come. There is also a lack of communication so, if something goes wrong they don’t say nothing! The Balmain, Sydney branch (Luke) aren’t even knowledgeable of the basic online services and think it’s some “Head Office” idea for P&S to pick up your package?! If your package is time sensitive DON’T use P&S!!

Please note that with online bookings, collections are handled by third-party couriers, which can limit control over pick-up times. Lately there have been a few glitches…
Lately there have been a few glitches and goods haven’t been picked up next day. I received an email when they didn’t though.
Also I find the separation between the online and the local store being different businesses hard to navigate. If I do need to use the contact number of the local store for a query we go through this process that they can’t access all the information as they are a separate business.. The local store however are excellent. I wish I could use them all the time but their prices are often vastly different (much higher) than online.

Hi Rosemary. Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the inconveniences caused. Our Service Centres are franchises with more freight options for a higher price as there is a personal service involved. For bookings online it is a automated service, which is reviewed by Head Office but not monitored and with limited freight options, and therefore encounters some minor inconveniences. We hope this doesn't stop you from using our services again in future. Thank you.
