Fast and efficient transport

I used Pack and Send Capalaba QLD to send a large box of my daughter’s memorabilia to Geelong VIC. Michael was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient, helping me with the packing. It arrived in three days. Strongly recommend.

Poor service from Aramex

Previously I’ve been quite happy dealing with Pack and Send and the staff in the office have been helpful. However, the level of service on this occasion from the carrier Aramex was well below expectations in all respects. I left a box (self-packaged etc) at the Capalaba office to be delivered to South Australia. It took 20 days to arrive. Nearly 3 weeks! Not only was it appallingly slow to arrive, the box arrived in a damaged condition, like someone has stepped on it. The driver(s) responsible for this delivery should not be entrusted with people’s property if they are this slack and careless with their delivery times and handling.

Much room for improvement

This time around, I was very disappointed with the service provided. I dropped my parcel off at the Capalaba Pack & Send store, but it did not leave there until two weeks later, when I chased it up because the receiver asked when they might expect the parcel. This was very frustrating and not the standard of service that Pack & Send usually provides.

Our team followed up with the carrier to arrange collection, however this resulted in the extended timeframe you experienced.

Great service lfrom Capalaba Pack and Send

Bobby at Capalaba Pack and Send packed and sent three large boxes of assorted household items for me - from glassware and precious china, to framed art works and heavy items such as one lawn bowls ball! Everything arrived in Melbourne in perfect condition. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The courier company threaten to dispose my parcel if receiver do not pay the fee imposed to them unknowingly.

For all imports and export shipments, it is the responsibility of the receiver to handle the Duties & Taxes and any delivery related fees. If unresponsive, the shipment is in jeopardy of being destroyed as per customs law. Stay well clear

The forms for international consignments aren't filled out correctly.
Package got held by UK customs for months.
Package was damaged and items missing because the courier was also gash.
And now it's taken me 3 months for pack and send to get off their behinds and refund me for my missing hard drives (with mega sentimental stuff on there that's irreplaceable)
Avoid at all costs.

You absolutely knew that a TOR1 form needed to be filled out considering that I got an apology from your franchisees, who sent me the form and forwarded it to their contacts.
I paid over the odds to use pack and send because I foolishly thought you were professionals and would know about this.
I could have saved 50% had I sent it with the post office.

...oh, and I've already messaged you on the email address you provided, but surprise surprise - no response.

Have used Pack and send for yrs

Have used Pack and send for yrs, Trusted them with personal & business equipment. Recently used online unaware that they are not obliged to track/ deliver the product (use a 3rd party), I have spent hours questioning 3rd party couriers- stress and time waste that should never have arisen. Let this be a warning to all others.

Exactly as advertised

Price was reasonable, ordering online was easy, it was picked up when it was supposed to be and arrived within a reasonable amount of time undamaged and in the correct location. I'll definitely use this service again.
