Sending items overseas in this pandemic is not always quick. However, I went to their premises last Friday afternoon to send some paperwork to the UK. It was delivered to the recipient Tues night Aus time. I was told it would take 6-14 business days. So how awesome was my experience.

Sent item BROKEN during transit!!!!
Broken goods, lack of care and common sense. No care given to the fact the package had FRAGILE written ALL OVER THE BOX.
Item was packaged in triple layer cardboard, with soft protective material insides as well, but was somehow still broken during transit.
Very, VERY unhappy with this service. Will never be using Pack & Send again, let alone recommending the company to anyone I know, even people that I don't like.

Did not pick up on the day they said they would. Picked up on a Tuesday and delivered on a Thursday when we expected to receive on Tuesday.
Only redeeming feature was the price.Very fortunate that we did not need the item URGENTLY otherwise we would have been very unhappy.
Would be very wary about using the service when pick up and delivery were critical
