Truck did not pick up my item on day I booked despite receiving email saying truck coming and when I called TNT the next day they said I need to rebook with PacknSend

It is customary for collections to be made on the next business day after the booking is made, especially in regional areas. Delivery was completed on 8 January which is within the normal transit time. Failure to collect 13/5 “sorry notice recurved”

Calls to company 15/5 and finally collected
Public place Hospital’s X-ray Dept reception desk so not difficult, only hospital in town we’ll sign posted
On carriers arrival Sydney Fri pm
Finally arrived Hyderabad India 23 May
No process on line to complete requirements for Indian receiving person ID now required (in this case my wife’s passport / visa/ proof of addresses to be the same as addressee on package) and customs paper work or GST payment till reached Hyderabad depot. No information available of these requirements on either pack: send website / dhl website or by any members of either groups Australian staff asked about this. A lot of added problems to get a $119 Apple Mac charger
