We are having extremely bad experience…

We are having extremely bad experience with this company!
Our packs were supposed to arrive on 12th June in Itally. We recently received notification that it will arrive on the 3d of July.
Today I went to the Perth Office to seek explanation. As we bought our packs to the office on March and they were sitting in Perth for 4 weeks!!!! We were chasing information why they were not sent straight away every week. We clearly advised that packs should be sent asap. The lady working there only said that she is learning and doesn't know how to send them. Is it the way to work????
When I spoke to the manager today, he laughted in my face when I asked for refund. He treated me extremely disrepectful, saying he doesn't see anything to be sorry about!!! What??? As he says it's another shipping company fault that our packs delayed.
We have done every effort to have our packs in Italy in June. While Pack and send office has done everything for our packs to be delayed.
I am extremely disapounted by the way how disrispectful we were treated. The manager was lying in my face that they didn't know we needed our packs to be send asap. That they kept them on purpose in storage. But isnot a common sense that we chased they office every week as we needed to be sent them asap???
Never ever trust this company!
We paid $4000 and get the worst service we could possible get

Sent Back Pack from Pack & Send Bendigo Magggots all over clothes!…

Sent Back Pack from Pack & Send Bendigo to Pack & Send East Perth. Was charged a $100 STORAGE FEE and $60 delivery fee to Aust Post 70 metres away Initial delivery was not completed Why? Bendigo agent was able to do this. Clothes inside were smeared with rotten meat and covered in maggots. (after I raised earlier complaint) Police report will be made for $700 plus clothes damaged.

East Perth not Open Saturday

The East Perth office isn’t open on Saturday despite the Online advertisement saying it is Open from 9 to 12. I was annoyed that I walked there with my trolley only to find a notice on the door covering Saturday hours
saying “By Appointment Only” I was unable to call either as my calls kept being Cancelled

Sorry you had this experience Michelle. Our stores not only operate in store & over counter but they collect customers consignments & deliver also. It is all part of our 'No Limits' service and this sometimes means assisting our customers with specific times which can eliminate a staff member in store. We are very sorry and will ensure appropriate signage is displayed on the front door if situations of this nature occur again in future.

Convenient and quick service.

Service is so convenient. Pick up from door step n delivered at the door with no extra cost. Reasonable prices. Good handling with care quick and efficient service. Would recommend to anyone. Negative point was perth customer service was not that helpful when u call to get info.

Box covered in fragile tape severely damaged.

Box covered in fragile tape, was severely damaged.... pack and send offered me $30 credit as compensation.

A credit was offered as we know a collectables box can't be repaired and this was offered as a Good Will Gesture. Poor Service

Poor Service. My package was not picked up for over a week after the date it was supposed to be. When I called to chase it up I was told someone would call me bak and no one did.
