Good service and deliver all boxes in time

The person at the shop was very good, the location is very easy to access, the shopfront had everything in store, the boxes, sticker and tape machine, was spacious and comfortable to bring the package and parcel to. The person was very helpful, gave me the information required for using the pack and send services to the best.

I have used Pack and Send a number of times over the past year. In my most recent consignment, I dropped my parcel to the Flinders Street drop spot at 10am on a Friday. It was then left unscanned and unattended to until three days later, resulting in the delivery missing the required deadline. Previously, there have been agreed pickup dates that have been inexplicably missed without explanation. If you're going to confirm a pick up date and can't meet it, send an email or a text - needing to leave something outside for days on end waiting pickup is ridiculous. In the end, this consignment was collected after 6pm. I have commenced testing other service providers, as Pack and Send is not meeting my requirements.

In response to the Pack and Send reply: I physically dropped the goods off on a Friday. It was not busy. The man in the drop off location was literally sitting there twiddling his thumbs and watching the clock. Why was the parcel not scanned at that point in time? There is no excuse for this. This also fails to address my issue with respect to past consignments where the pick up has not occurred on the specified date.

Book and paid online. Dropped package off. Package not scanned at store until the next day. Luckily after a few days, package reached intended recipient

It was simple to send and arrived on time to an address I would consider to be remote

Pack and Send contract various courier services to send goods, so you have no control over which company takes your goods. We temporarily lost several items that were meant to arrive either express or on a standard service recently due to one subcontractor having no tracking details on file. Even Pack and Send could not track where the goods had gone via their subcontractor because the subcontractor did not keep sufficient tracking information. This has put our work behind and we are now using other services, including Australia Post's Express Platinum service which will guarantee delivery by midday the next day.
