Got a great quote, and a friendly follow up online from Mike (had to delay as You Know Who were having a mailing issue), so got all packed up, took it to Emma who was incredibly efficient and helpful, and answered all my questions. Happy to leave my goods with them for interstate delivery, much faster and better value than You Know Who, and I have confidence that the parcel won’t just be flung at my son’s front veranda for ease of stealing by anyone passing (like YKW). I’d definitely recommend the Fremantle branch - easy parking and easy to find. The actual price was a bit more than the online quote I’d done, but that’s on me for googling the wrong size suitcase to send. Still absolutely happy with the value and service. They’re my go-to from now on. Thank you!

Was amazed how quickly the parcel arrived in UK. Organising pick up from home was easy and efficient. Great service!

I dropped the parcel off for an Overnight Express as I would not be at home to sign when the parcel was collected.
I jumped online to track the following morning to find that it had not been collected as was due for collection later that day and air freight in the evening. The gentleman on the phone told me that this was always the case (however the manifest indicated otherwise).
The new delivery time was 9-5 the following day at a Pack & Send in the destination city. The collector arrived at 4:30pm to be told it hadn't arrived.
We contacted the delivery company directly who were able to locate the parcel and allow for a late night collection at their warehouse!
This was an extremely dreadful service and I will never use it again. I actually think that they are lucky I haven't demanded a full refund because they absolutely failed at providing the "overnight express" that I paid for.
