If l could have given it zero stars l…

If l could have given it zero stars l would. Dropped off my package to be sent after organising payment online to find that it sat in their premises and didn’t move anywhere for 4 weeks.

I made enquiries using the online chat and was advised they were ‘looking into it’. No one got back to me and the matter was only resolved when l personally went back into their pack and send office, and saw my parcel sitting right where l dropped it off, in their reception area!

Appalling service and will not use them again.

Worst Experience.

Worst postal service. Paid over $200AUD for 1-2 business day shipping to the UK as we needed it there and back within a week. Dropped it off at Pack & Send on Thursday. The first time I checked tracking it said estimated delivery on Wednesday. Emailed to check why that was since it had just been posted and surely the estimated time would be 1-2 business days as paid for? Was given some incomprehensible answer. Got to Wednesday and still had not arrived, with multiple phone call attempts failing to go through, and no contact being made with the receiver. Finally got through on the phone to Pack & Send on Wednesday night, and they said they would look into it and call me back, taking my phone number down. They never called me back. By Thursday there was still nothing, with tracking updating the same update 3 times. I drove back to Pack & Send to try to get some answers, and was just told there’s nothing they could do here because it’s out of the country. So I asked for a refund of the difference because if I wanted it there within a week I would’ve paid for that. I was told “It was going to the UK. It was never going to get to the UK in 1-2 business days.” Then why was it an option? Why was I able to select and pay for 1-2 business day shipping to the UK? Reception said they couldn’t help me but apprehensively took my consignment number and said she would send my case/email to the relevant higher ups. I never got an email from anyone. It arrived on the Friday at 11am, meaning we missed courier back to Australia for when we needed it and had to scramble to make other arrangements in time.
I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication and help from everyone involved, and more so from the way I was treated as though I was being unnecessary with my requests for answers. Don't ship with Pack & Send.

PACK & SEND provides estimates on how many business days it will take from when your parcel is picked up, or it is dropped off at a PACK & SEND Service Centre to when it will be delivered. Delivery times can be affected by external factors such as weather and customs clearance and cannot be guaranteed. All international delivery delays are usually caused by factors involving random security checks or the release for delivery by the receiver. We apologise if any inconvenience was caused.

Store closed

Took a parcel to Pack and Send Joondalup yesterday, the door was locked and a sign on the door that said "due to staffing shortages their opening hours were now Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 3pm until further notice", however this was at 2:30. Went back today at 10:25 and another sign on the door said, "store closed as I am on an urgent delivery". Unbelievable. How about using a courier for your urgent delivery and looking after your customers while you still have some left !!

Worst company I’ve ever had the…

Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Issues right from the very beginning, but blamed me for every one of them.

Firstly, they told the sender not to worry about wrapping it as it would be done back at depot.

Then charged me $100 more to wrap it back at depot. They refused to cover the cost even though they told the sender not to wrap it, but they refused to budge and I had to pay it.

They damaged the item so badly in transport that the manufacturer stated it was beyond repair. The measly warranty cover (that I had to pay extra for) wouldn’t even touch the sides of the replacement cost.

I requested a refund of my (HUGE) delivery costs as I’d paid for something to be delivered that is now irrepairable. Both ACCC and Office of Fair Trading stated I was 100% entitled to a refund of the delivery fee as well as the warranty cover (that I’d paid extra for), but neither could enforce the company to refund the fee.

Although, apparently, out of ‘goodwill’, they processed the pittance of warranty payout— not even enough to cover the huge delivery fee, let alone having 1 cent left over to replace the item.

And of course, with zero moral decency, they refused to refund the delivery costs.

And in the end, I am basically told that I am to blame because the item wasn’t wrapped properly in the first case.

So essentially I paid a huge amount of money for delivery of an item that I now need to throw in the tip.

Could not even recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

Update: was sent the below message, I guess to appear like they are proactively trying to fix the issue, however I did what they asked and messaged the management, but received no reply, all smoke and mirrors.

Hey PackSend

Hey PackSend. So I have a bad experience with us. Almost one week with my staff got stuck in Perth and no one know about my things. Every day I called for talk about my things no one give me invoice or track number. I’m very upset, the team told for give the number of track I need paid first. I did. And still no have number. I paied more the other company for quality but this company is fake. If my things disapear I will process with the company. Is not honest.
