Aman was terrific. After Couriers Pls failed to deliver a package, I was advised by Pack & Send head office to contact Aman. He was very helpful & happy to collect the item & deliver it. Thanks again Aman for your excellent customer service.

Shipping personal stuff overseas.
Make sure you get everything in writing and it state your delivery location and total cost delivered.
There was no limit to what they could do and how easy this was, until I paid the shipping fee. After that they did not respond to mails. shipped to a port 400km away from the agreed port and wanted to charge me $1000- for delivery. I also got hit with a $850- bill for freight forwarding cost that I had to pay to get my stuff. This was almost 40% extra cost.
After a month of not responding and me dealing with receiving shipping company I finally got my stuff.
Very unprofessional company.

Thanks for the review Peter. All international shipments incur not only the freight cost but the import Duties & Taxes, plus any other related fees imposed by customs. Delivery delays are usually caused by factors involving paperwork or the release for delivery by the receiver. We apologise if any inconvenience was caused.
