I have used PACK & SEND a few times now and there service is great. I love how I can arrange everything from the comfort of my own home.
The process is simple and the cost is very reasonable.

No tracking information available until right at the end. If my customer contacts me demanding an answer it would be nice to have one to give. Put me in that position and you get 3 stars

I nominated wine in my package but it could not be sent. Did not leave Adelaide and I was charged the full amount for international. I called and was told to send an email and request a credit for the remaining amount but I never received a reply. I did read the conditions but I didn't notice wine. I didn't try and hide it as it was the first item listed. You were only charged by Couriers please for local delivery yet you charged me the total amount. It will be interesting if the female manager now replies to my email after poor feedback or if this is another service that is just tick the box.

Relatively easy process to organise my parcel online. The staff in store at Lonsdale were very helpful with advising me where to attach the labels. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when I ordered online it was supposed to send a confirmation email which I never received. Thankfully the postage labels were created via the website and not in the confirmation email.

I booked to drop my package off a Lonsdale Pack and Send and when I arrived it was closed with no explaination. I continued to phone all day but did not receive an answer. I phoned the Pack and Send head office number who told me someone would call back but no one did. I eventually had to travel to Glenelg the following day to drop the package off meaning it arrived in Queensland 3 days late. To take the money up front and then provide this service is criminal.

Good fast service, need more guidance at booking stage about suitable packing.

Great Experience, simple process, efficient and cost effective parcel delivery service

After going through the online booking process on a Friday and booking pick up with a time slot of 1pm-5pm Monday, the item wasn’t picked up and no correspondence was received. I rang and left a message on the Monday. No return call. I rang on again on Tuesday and spoke to a customer service person and they had to rebook the pick up. It was finally picked up Wednesday night and delivered Thursday night. Pretty annoying when you have to wait around for a pick up that never comes.
