Greg and Danielle are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They helped me to get my excess baggage get to Europe with the cheapest and quickest possible way. They had warned me about every excess cost that may come my way. Costs that they have NO control over... such as customs etc which depends on the receiving country's authorities.
Long story short they provided an excellent service overall.

Service is a disaster
Noone showed up to pick up the parcel. I did not receive any information and customer service was not helpful. Eventually parcel was delayed 1 week. They are cheap, but service is a disaster.

A classic stitch up
A $2000 piece of musical equipment arrived at the destination in pieces. addressee and sender were told no compensation will be given, I was never offered insurance on the item at the retail outlet, but was asked the value of the item which would lead one to assume that is for insurance purposes.

No compensation is only advised No Warranty Plus Freight was selected at time of booking (we do not offer insurance). This is mentioned when you confirm your booking and make payment but for any reason this is missed, unfortunately Pack & Send can't be held liable if a claim is required. We apologies again and recommend for more reliable freight services, a local Pack & Send store is contacted to ensure correct packaging for any shipment.
