I hadn't sent an international parcel in many years and was nervous about the whole process as the parcel was carrying family photos of great personal value but no commercial value.
I found help available at every turn as to the process and paper work involved. Neither I nor the recipient could believe at the speed it arrived at its destination, safely and in good order.

Ok but a long (1 week) delay on dispatching a package
I sent three virtually identical packages over the space of a week. Two were fine but the third sat there for a week without being sent off and took 2 weeks all up to get from Adelaide to Perth. I needed to make 3 follow up enquiries to get it moving.

Easy peasy process
Had to send a large package from SA to WA. I have never done this before but the process was so easy to do.

Very happy Customer
Over a period of time I needed quick quotes for a client in SaoPaulo Brazil. The online system is easy and quick to use so I was able to get $$ costs rapidly. When finally the Client was in a position to transfer funds I booked the service I wanted, printed out the documents and took the parcels to the nearest depot. On arrival I realized I had left the Customs declaration on my desk. With no fuss they located my order printed out the forms, I signed them and the parcels went on their way. Brilliant Service. Thank You, Easy and with a smile. The parcels arrived in good order and on time. Tracking was great. Thanks Guys
