I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, especially with their partnership with DHL. Filling out the declaration, calculating costs, and scheduling pickup online was super convenient. The drop-off point was easy to reach, the staff handled the parcel quickly, and they even packed everything on-site with bubble wrap. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Tracking was flawless, but the best part – the delivery from Australia to Europe took just a few days. Absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be using this service again.

I have never sent a parcel through this Company. My parcel has been sitting at Customs. I had to complete paperwork that Pick & Send actually needed to complete as they prepared all parcel and documentation for me through DHL. Really dropped the ball on this one.

While PACK & SEND assisted with the preparation and dispatch of your parcel through DHL, customs documentation and clearance requirements can vary depending on the destination country and the contents of the shipment. In some cases, customs authorities may request further information or paperwork directly from the consignee, even after the shipment has been lodged. That said, we regret if there was any oversight or miscommunication during the documentation process and will follow up with the service centre involved to review what occurred. I booked, and paid for, a shipment online and dropped my package at my local Pack & Send franchise. 10 days later it was still sitting on the floor in the middle of the store and the staff denied all knowledge of why it had not been sent!
