Worst service ever.
I must have got someone who was in a bad mood that day, as this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They were rude & unhelpful. When I asked them to help me with some information, they said & I quote "that's not my job". Terrible, terrible customer service. Will never use them again.

Online booking a time waster
I lodged my parcel online Wednesday afternoon for pickup at home. Waited all day but no pickup Thursday. Needed to leave at front door Friday as I needed to work but got home 8pm & no pickup.
I drove 1 hour to Toowoomba Saturday & agent was very helpful but said that online was different to agent collections. At this stage the parcel was on its way 🎉
On Monday I received a call from TNT to ask if parcel was ready & I was not happy.
Why in this technological age was the pickup day of Thursday not booked instantly after booking online. I would not recommend this form of sending parcels.

I hadn't used a courier service privately before, so after doing some searches on the internet I decided on Pack & Send and couldn't be happier, their online application was easy and after choosing to drop it off at a service centre we were surprised when the parcel had been delivered the next day interstate. Overall the experience was easy, stress free and good value.

Nothing to do with Toowoomba Outlet - they are excellent!!
In the online system there was not enough suburbs listed so I had to pick an incorrect one and overwrite on the box, the parcel got to the destination in 2 days, brilliant and in good order.
