Rude and uncourteous

I completed a three page form to receive an online quote, only to be told via email that I needed to call instead. When I requested a basic estimate and it didn’t need to be exact, I was told no quote would be provided unless I called. The response felt dismissive, with repeated emphasis that it was “my choice”. Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and came across as rude. Very disappointing experience.

First time using the Pack and Send…

First time using the Pack and Send model, the guys at Pack & Send West Ryde we’re just great to deal with and took out all the stress of moving an expensive fragile item from Sydney to Brisbane.
My dilemma was wanting to send an expensive TV up to my sister in QLD due to me moving overseas and dealing with the issues that raises.
One phone call explaining what I wanted to achieve and it was made so easy by the professionalism of the team at the West Ryde branch.
Reasonably priced with Item tracking, door to door service was what I was after.
These guys delivered and would highly recommend for anyone or any business wanting a hassle free delivery service. Given this branch is under new ownership and management I’d recommend you give them a try.

Unfortunately on our first use

Unfortunately on our first use - the package wasn’t picked up that day and despite paying for the express service the delivery wasn’t made till 48 hours later - syd metro disappointing

Not responsible about the drop off item at shop. West Ryde. We need to call the other courier company Courier please to pick up the parcel at packandsend shop.

Stay away from this company for your International express delivery needs!!

I booked an express delivery to India and was promised a 3 day delivery. So, i thought that's great since i wanted to get some clothing couriered to India for a wedding. Booked the pickup on the 8th of Feb. The wedding was on the 17th of Feb. You would think that's good enough buffer time even if some delay happened. But not with Pack and Send. The item arrived on the 20th of Feb, wayyyy after the wedding was over and done! And that too after 100s of to and fro emails between, Pack&Send and their local partner DHL EXPRESS. On top of this I had to pay another $80 worth of taxes n duties. Almost half of what the items costed. Pack&Send gave us no indication of all these charges even though I'm pretty sure this wasn't their first ever courier to India. At the end of it all, it was an absolutely disappointing experience and I would never recommend this company or DHL EXPRESS INDIA to anyone that I know or anyone I don't.

Based on the information we have, we can see your shipment was delayed due to customs clearance which is out of our control. All international shipments are subject to customs clearance and inspection which may incur local government charges. As per our Terms and Conditions, we have no control over these charges. As these charges will vary in different countries, PACK & SEND have no ability to pre-determine these charges.It is the responsibility of the receiver to complete customs clearance and pay any charges applicable. We are truly sorry your shipment did not arrive in time for the wedding, although, there was nothing PACK & SEND could do to speed up the delivery process. If you would like further information on Indian Customs Clearance procedures, please contact onlineselfservice@packsend.com.au
