I searched for weeks couriers to pick…

I searched for weeks couriers to pick up my 3 letters from the Philippines to be delivered to me in Brisbane a door to door service, pack and send had the best value in pricing. I am very impressed with how on time they were and I have received my packages exactly when they said I would, very happy with the service, highly recommend. Thank you Pack and send for making pick up and delivery seamless and stress free.

Lost Package. No Updates

Package was dropped on 27th April to be sent within Melbourne. Today is 12th May, the other person has not received the package. I have no updates by the company whatsoever. Either they are bunch of inefficent lot, or something more worse. Have raised complaint with them, soon to follow this up with ACCC

I paid for signature on delivery

I paid for signature on delivery, no attempt at contacting me was made. I live on a battleaxe block with a 200m driveway to front door.

The package was left propped up against the front gate, luckily the neighbour called me and it wasnt raining

Rude and uncourteous

I completed a three page form to receive an online quote, only to be told via email that I needed to call instead. When I requested a basic estimate and it didn’t need to be exact, I was told no quote would be provided unless I called. The response felt dismissive, with repeated emphasis that it was “my choice”. Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and came across as rude. Very disappointing experience.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, something that is lacking in regional areas. Organising online was easy to do. Prices did tend to be a bit high but the service was there.

Super easy to book online …

Super easy to book online (although there is an assumption that you have access to a printer)
Pricing is competitive in the very reasonable zone. The drop off location was close with super easy process and next day delivery was the icing on the cake.
I do lots of shipping with ebay sales and pack and send are my new go to's. Highly recommended.

Box to be delivered from Subiaco WA to…

Box to be delivered from Subiaco WA to Thornbury VIC to my daughter. Unit 7/nnn xxx Street.
1. Dropped the box, prepaid and labelled to Subiaco early on a Monday morning . Rep there said the box would be collected the next day am.
Next day pm, I couldn’t get tracking data. Went back to the store and box was still sitting there on the floor. Collected on the next day, Wed.
2. First delivery attempt made to unit 9 or 10 (not unit 7). Maybe the unit number on the door would have raised a red flag for the driver?
3. Second delivery attempt made to unit 15 (not unit 7). Maybe the unit number 15 on the wall next to the door would have raised a red flag for the driver?
4. Escalated the non delivery. Box held for ransom for another delivery. Aramex acquiesced and agreed to another attempt after we received photos of previous incorrect attempts.
5. Third delivery attempt made to unit 15 again. Box handed to local news agency pick up point.

So an expected delivery time of 5 to 7 days turned into almost 4 weeks.

Unacceptable service from Pack and Send’s Melbourne delivery contractor, Aramex.

I doubt I will use Pack and Send to send items to my daughter or grandchildren for future birthday and Christmas packages unless I can get some assurance that delivery will be made to the correct address.

Your booking was automatically allocated to Aramex through our online system, and while our team escalated the issue multiple times, the driver unfortunately continued attempting delivery to the wrong unit. After repeated failed attempts, the parcel was redirected to a collection point as per the carrier’s process. We understand this fell well short of expectations and are raising this directly with Aramex. If you choose to send with Pack & Send again, we’d be happy to discuss alternative options to help avoid this in future. Thank you for your feedback.
