My last time ever ordering from them then they say they shipments are backed up apparently looking at reviews everyone has the same problem don't waste ur time or money ridiculous customer service...plus this happened before but I gave them grace but today I'm fed up..must be stopped

This site is a joke

This site is a joke. Doesn't have options it tells me are available . Can't even put my.order number into customer support request becusse it contains letters yet there is only a numeric keyboard available . And my order is 5 busness days in , and not shipped. 2 days late according to their policy. This will be my first and last purchase here . Save ur money . If u want fast fashion , go to.boohoo or fashion nova or mnml . As for pacsun brand . The others are better and acrually have customer service. Save ur money.

Fraud

I received an email invoice from PACSUN for $431 of merchandise I did not order with a delivery address in a different city where I don't know anyone. I have never ordered from PACSUN nor had I ever heard about them before receiving the invoice. I used their customer contact service. Their advice is that I file a police report. Beware!!!

Will Not process my return

I ordered a pair of shoes, and it came in the mail with no issues. However, my problems began when I went to return them. It has been over a month since they have received the package and still refuse to issue me a refund. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with their customer service as well. They have lost a customer due to this massive headache they’ve caused.

Good luck fixing a missing item with pacsun!

I received an order with 2 tee shirts, one item was correct the other was a completely different shirt. So I emailed the company and days later still never heard anything back. So I went to the site to try the chat thing and spoke to someone who was nice and said they would send me the correct shirt and I would receive an email when it shipped. I was happy with that as this has happened with other companies and I immediately would get the email saying the order had shipped. Not this company, still haven’t received a shipping confirmation that my missing item has shipped. A week and a half after emailing the company I finally heard back and they wanted all of the information again knowing nothing about this supposedly being settled through the chat already. This is totally ridiculous to me, any other company would immediately respond and send me the item that I ordered and paid for. I don’t want a shirt that says I need a hug and will not wear it, I want the shirt that I ordered and at this point I don’t know that that’s going to happen. How are they completely unaware that the chat customer service already spoke to me and said they would send the missing item. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in clothing.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE ITS A SCAM

I purchased 4 pairs of pants from PacSun express 3days shipping on 9/21 for my birthday 9/26 I just received an email stating that FedEx just received my package and that it will be delivered on 9/30 don’t even want the clothes anymore never will do business with PacSun please do not order anything online you will not be able to cancel your order and will be out of luck still waiting for items past the day you expect your delivery

Horrible

Horrible, I placed an order for 3 different pants, only one was shipped and the other two days says not shipped I thought it’ll just take some time, after one week of being stuck on “not shipped”, contacted customer service and hours later my order was just cancelled for out of stock, after placing an order and for an available item and waiting for it they just cancelled it like nothing happened.

Probably the worst place you could ever…

Probably the worst place you could ever order from. i ordered 250$ worth of clothes august 10th and absolutely no communication with when my order would be here. it’s september 7th and ive still received nothing. you aren’t able to call anyone or email anyone because no one answers. absolutely horrible.

No service. No items delivered.

Ordered something on August 2nd.
I still don't have my order.
I have no tracking whatsoever.
The link provided for tracking has been set to "awaiting order information" for over a week and the order was placed 18 days ago now.

They now suddenly stopped answering the phone or chat.

They have not replied to my support email from one week ago.

450$ in limbo.

Wonderful customer service from Kaitlyn and Plaza Bonita

I went to PacSun and Plaza Bonita Sunday, August 18 ,2024 To do an exchange, same items, different sizes Kaitlyn, the cashier was more than helpful , just wonderful customer service. I’ve got a 16-year-old teenage girl hard to shop for Kaitlyn, made my day so much easier. Thank you, Vanessa Garcia

After placing an order online

After placing an order online, and not receiving it after several weeks....I enquired about about it. Even though I was calling, using the chat option, and emailing during their posted business hours I kept being told they could not help me because it was outside of business hours. It wasn't. When using the "order status" option I was told (by the extremely irritating chat bot) that my order had taken an unusually long time to fill. At that time, I was given the option to click on the "cancel order" option for a full refund. After clicking this option i was told it could not be cancelled. Called, no answer. Emailed, no response. Chat option was a nightmare. They have my money and the clothes I ordered. Horrible customer service.

Terrible Return Process

My order was fine I just ended up not liking the swimsuit. I also paid for 3 day shipping and one of the packages took longer than 3 days. Despite that I was fine. When I went to return I luckily called the store before hand. They said you can’t return for anything but credit if it was purchased through PayPal like what??? I also found out you can’t even return swim in store…? So I had to mail it back which isn’t the end of the world except I was charged $3.00 for something I couldn’t return in store. Why should I have to pay for something you wouldn’t let me return in store. Honestly I’ll never buy from Pacsun again because of this.

Long Shipping Time - Wrong Items

Shipping time is long only to receive completely different items than the ones I ordered. It seems like who ever packed my order grabbed random items and threw them in a bag; didn’t even bother to check the specifics of what I ordered. I ordered a coin purse in a specific print and instead, I received a different print. I also ordered a pair of earrings and instead, received a pack of two pairs in a different color and style. These items were still the same brand but not exactly what I ordered.

My son ordered a shirt 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. Every time I talk to them it's the same run around gotta talk to our internal team. Which is bs. My son is so mad he wants his shirt this company sucks . Bunch of liars. Shipping Time

This is the 2nd time Pacsun has done this to me and I should've learned my lesson. If I pay for next day shipping I should get it next day or at least two days. Instead just weeks with no item and the call center is down and no live agent on the chat menu. Don't put next day shipping as an option if you cannot fulfill it, legit robbing people.

Paxson is an extremely incompetent…

Paxson is an extremely incompetent company with a staff full of liars. They always claim to have delivered your items when they haven't. I'm not sure where they come up with the fake FedEx delivery claims. They take your money and don't give you your items. Beware!

The customer service with PacSun... insanely terrible and unprofessional. They refuse to solve issues with orders CAUSED by them. I would never in my life purchase from PacSun again. They don't take responsibility for any issues.

Was gas lit by customer service

This company stopped doing online return orders which they make clear on their website. But for some reason they don’t allow you to return swim suits that you purchase online in a store? Even though you can go into a pacsun store, purchase a swimmy and then return it in the store as long as you keep the liner wear on it and tags etc. Makes literally no sense to me. So I pay the $5 fee to do the happy returns thing that they use to return online purchases/swimmies whatever. All the while I keep trying to call customer service and email them to get this figured out and try to talk to someone about their return process, they are impossible to get ahold of. So then once I return my swimsuit instead of refunding me they double charge my credit card. I flipped and since I can’t get ahold of someone on the phone I send them an email. I include screenshots of the transactions and ask that they refund me and refund the double charge. I get no response but the next day I receive my refund and the pending transaction for the double charge that put my card in the negative went away. Later that night I get a response from the customer service and they straight up gas lit me. I was appalled. They denied that ever happening and instead told me to contact my bank if I still have an issue. I’m glad they at least fixed it but it messed up my week because I cancelled my card when they double charged me because I was worried they’d try it again and then they couldn’t even admit to doing it. I’ll never be spending my money here again. Not to mention their swimsuits were terrible quality.
